O'Reilly Auto Parts

I had a belt that was slipping on the way back into town from a weekend camping trip with my sons boy scout troop. I had several scouts in addition to my son in the car, but opted to make a slight detour to O'Reilly to get a can of belt dressing to see if it would fix the problem. Hopefully it was just sand, not a serious problem especially with young men in the vehicle who were not my family. I use O'Reilly on Apalachee parkway to maintain the 4 vehicles in my household, and had a business account for my company. I am very familiar with the company, and have always had good if not great service. Sadly, today was NOT one of those days. One employee was busy talking on his cellphone about his Saturday night with someone, and other employee was busy helping the one customer in the store. Amazing it took me 15 minutes to purchase a single item and I literally had it in my hand within 90 seconds of walking in store. Really bad customer service experience today. The West Tennessee Street location is not recommended, other than the situation I would have left and gone to one of the many competing stores nearby.

Brooke made my warranty claim for my battery super easy, I had it installed and I was gone in maybe 5 minutes. I had a good first impression for this location!

I enjoy going in here because these guys are very knowledge in what they do. They have an understanding of the store, the supplies, and are able to work with you on your needs.

Called around to find an outer tie rod for my vehicle and Autozone & advanced auto parts said $70 so I called O’Reillys and they had 2 in stock for $31 and the customer service ( John I believe ) was awesome and really professional over the phone and was quick with finding my part. When checking out ( Calvin I believe ) helped me out because I also went to get some sea foam for the car and he recommended Royal Purple Max-Boost because it’s much safer for the engine and less wear in fuel lines and other components. Thanks again Calvin for your professionalism and help with everything. Looks like a great product and can’t wait to see the results it has.
