I want to give a huge thank you to Max in the Hardware Department for his help this evening. I brought in a very old drill because I wanted to hang my son’s TV on the wall. Max recommended the perfect anchor product and even helped me find the correct drill bit. Thanks to his knowledge and great customer service, the installation was quick and easy once I got home. Truly appreciate the outstanding assistance!

He absolutely went above and beyond with helping me with choosing the correct bathroom vanity for my home remodeling. My particular bathroom remodeling is a unique setup requiring precise fitment. Thank you so very much Josh Trumphet for all your expert assistance, knowledge and patience. A1 service and I surely hope you get a raise because you are an absolute asset for Home Depot. I don't do much handy work. I had a strange and urgent project needing completion and was far out of my element. Chris Taffer went above and beyond to accomomadate. Next time I need something done, I'll be sure to go to Home Depot and find Chris Taffer!

Thank you Earnest for making my transaction so easy to complete my refund! It clearly was the best part of all of my interaction with the sale. However, the delayed delivery of my washer and then the promised credit for the disappointing experience with me having to make several calls to customer service is a different story. Face to face with Earnest made the end of my transaction more satisfactory.

Another smooth transaction at my old neighborhood Home Depot. Rented a carpet extractor for cleaning two carpeted bedrooms in our new house. I rented for 24 hours to be on the safe side in case I needed extra time. Returned it early enough to get back $15 of $50 bucks. We're happy with the transaction.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This home depot hardly answers the phone. Everyone gives you the run around about your order. They packaged my order so tight it broke the sheet rock in my order. I've been waiting on a call back since Tuesday. Of course no call back received. The delivery driver Paul is great. He was the only helpful person. And Ashley L. at the service desk. But why does it take me going to the store. When we paid over $100 for delivery. They sent an employee in his personal truck to replace the first piece of plywood and it was seperating so we had to send it back. Had to go up there twice. Screw this home depot. Waste of money and time. So now the Pro supervisor Art hung up on my husband because this morning they delivered my plywood and called no one and just put it in the mud in the rain so I had to call them and ask them why we weren't called and they had Art call us back to say they did call us and they called our landlord(which we found out was a lie) and they've made everything right and won't be dealing with us anymore and said have a good day and hung up. WOW HOME DEPOT. BTW my landlord spent over $2400 with them.

After go away, Home Depot, I was on the phone on hold for over 20 minutes and then after I spoke to an assistant manager named NELSON, he hung up on me. I think that the telephone service is horrible or a company of the site. I hope no one else ever has to go through when I went through.
