Great company, but I’d like to specifically mention their Director of Field Operations, Fifi. She is very kind, personable, super professional, and extremely knowledgeable in all things solar. My past experience and interactions with solar company’s always felt disingenuous and like they would do anything to make the sale. Fifi came out of her way countless times to go over costs, savings, qualifications, programs, and incentives. She’s truly a fountain of knowledge. Thanks for making my family feel like a priority and not just another number.

The service I received from Fifi was second to none. I wasn't very sure about the solar process but she bared with me through all my questions. Great customer service still exists as long as you go to Fifi for it.

Have heard mixed reviews about swapping to solar. When I ended up speaking with Fifi all my doubts were cleared up and all my questions answered clearly for me. No wonder she's a director. Definitely will be giving them my business and giving her card to anyone who asks me about my swap.
