Made an obscenely low ball offer on what's currently an at least 600.00 laptop, gave me a quote over the phone, then came in about 100 less. They have a good selection of laptops, but they're all way overpriced. Avoid this place and go to a pawnshop if possible.

One of a kind computer store! I was looking for a Data Destruction service in Phoenix to get rid of some old company computers and was able to find this gem. The Data Destruction service is DOD certified and you get a certificate of destruction emailed to you when it has been completed. It was a $35 fee to hook the hard drives up to the machine or whatever then $5 for each hard drive after the initial hard drive to be destroyed. (The $5/each is if the hard drives have been removed from the computer already. It costs more if they have to remove the hard drive for you.) After calling around to a bunch of places, I decided to take the computers here and couldn’t be happier. The hard drives were destroyed in a timely manner and they even took the old tower computers to recycle. I had been having a heck of a time finding an easily accessible and affordable computer recycling/destruction spot and I am so glad I found Desert Computer Solutions. Shout out to this small business. We needed 3 computers and 3 monitors along with a laptop in a hurry. After calling three other businesses that didn’t have the time to answer our questions and help us, we came across Desert Computer Solutions and spoke with Jennifer. She was a huge help with getting us what we needed in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable and polite. The store front is very clean and professional. It took them 4 days to incorrectly diagnose a fairly simple HDD board replacement. You may as well have your kid fix your computer. They failed the most basic of data recovery tasks. Go use Data Doctors or someone that actually knows what they're doing.
