Very pleased with the service and attention received at this store. Cassidy is number one in my book. Very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable, and patient also. First rate experience. Cassidy worked to fix an issue I had and he figured it out. So thankful to him. Also Jacob was helpful on another issue in getting new phone for my husband. Can't say enough about this store and its people. Totally recommend.

Great experience at this location. First time trying this Verizon spot, and glad I did. The gentleman working there was real friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy, very informative and answered any questions I had. I hope anyone who visits this location has this guy. He was awesome.
