Access Storage - Downtown Toronto

I rented a storage unit with Access Storage for over four months, and when I opened it, I was shocked and devastated. Every single box had been opened, and all of my valuable equipments were gone. When you rent a storage unit, you expect a safe, worry-free environment where you can store your belongings without trouble—and I believe that’s the expectation of every single customer who chooses to rent here. That’s why I chose this big-name company. I trusted Access Storage as an "All Canadian" storage provider, believing they could offer a safe and reliable environment for my belongings, so I decided to rent here. Unfortunately, Access Storage completely failed to meet this most basic responsibility. This experience left me extremely disappointed, heartbroken, and angry. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you value your belongings, stay away from Access Storage.

I went to access storage on 1 Woodfield. It was so easy to get stuff done the people there were awesome and very, very helpful. The place is clean and very secure. The staff is very friendly. They explained my contract in detail. I recommend 100%.

I highly recommend Access Storage at 1 Woodfield Road. When the building at Eastern Avenue was expropriated they moved my belongings to the Woodfield Road location free of charge with no damage to any of my belongings. The staff onsite are great. They are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Very highly recommended!

The security here is top-notch, the environment is clean and organized, cameras everywhere, and 24/7 gated access gave me real peace of mind. Can't forget to mention how the staff is also amazing, friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether it was helping with move-in logistics or just answering questions, they’ve always gone above and beyond. Pricing is also fair for downtown! Overall, this place is well-run and worth every dollar for the peace of mind and great service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for storage downtown!
