A great business to work with. They explained their options of different containers, sizes, payments, delivery and available extras. Very pleasent to work with. The delivery driver had excellent skills and was able to place the container exactly where we wanted it in a tight place. They called later to ask if we were satisfied. At Southwest mobile storage, I met the salt of the earth employees, Carlos Esteban our salesperson, Wayne, our driver, Ben, our scheduler, and Jose, our second driver. Our family ordered two storage units and could not be happier or more grateful to these beautiful people and this beautiful product. They have all gone out of their way to take amazing care of us. Went looking for a storage container for our property to be able to put our holiday and other belongings in. We came across Southwest Mobile Storage, just wanted to take a look. With looking around and the lovely help from Carlos, we decided to get a unit. He explained and helped us understand everything we needed to know about the storage container. Honestly I don't think we would've got one without the help of Carlos because we didn't know much about storage containers. With the delivery, it went so smoothly and got it done so fast, 3 days later it was delivered and now we have a place to put our stuff. Southwest Mobile Storage (SMS) knows what customer service is all about! Our storage specialist, Carlos Esteban, has repeatedly exceeded our expectations for storage solutions, accommodating our needs-financially, date, and time-wise. SMS showed up when they said they would - right on time! Upon arrival, our driver, Roy, immediately got to work. He assessed the tight area (as he was relocating a 40ft high boy) bordered by other containers, a large garage, a water-tank shed and trees. I had accepted the fact that we would, most likely, lose large developed branches from one of our beloved trees, but, amazingly, our driver, Roy, was a miracle worker! He moved that big rig like it was a compact car. He loaded our container and maneuvered that vehicle with precision! He could have taken the easy way out, and simply broken major tree branches (with our permission - we would have accepted that), that’s how tight it was - but, he, strategically, took the time- inching back and forth, angling the truck to avoid our imposing trees and other structures. Once the container was moved out of the previous location, he placed it in the new location EXACTLY where we wanted it (in another space, between another container and our garage) without any back-and-forth driving. He placed it on the right spot the first time! My future needs with be, without question, directed to Southwest Mobile Storage, our consultant and manager, Carlos, and most definitely, driver Roy Fierro! My only problem with making this review is that this team will be busy and I will have a longer wait time in the future. Thank you SMS for calming my anxieties and getting the job done right … the first time - AGAIN!

Carlos helped me make the right selection for my specific needs. I was able to inspect the many containers in stock at their Tucson branch with a wide range of options. Price and payment was straight forward and delivery was prompt. Wayne, the delivery driver, placed the container exactly where we needed it on the property.
