Aaron did an amazing job installing a front and rear dash cam in our son's (a new driver) Mazda CX-5. The installation is very professional and you can tell that he cares about the job he does. He even took at least 15-20 minutes at the end of the install to help my son get the app on his phone and understand how to use all the features. Excellent customer service. 100% recommend, Aaron is extremely skilled and did an excellent job taking off the panels, hiding the wires (and avoiding the air bags), and setting everything up. We drove from about an hour away and it was well worth it. He even took time to walk us through set up, how to use it, and answered all our questions. We were nervous to let someone break apart our new car but he is the utmost professional and very good at what he does. About $460 for dashcam + installation on a Mazda SUV.

When I realized I wanted to hardwire my dashcam (instead of using the 12V charger), I knew I wanted to have a professional run the wires; I did not want to accidentally route the wire in a hazardous way or short any electronics. Pretty much every other shop only specializes in stereos and sound equipment; Acedashcam is the only place I found that focuses solely on dashcam installs. There is a reason this shop has nearly 5-star ratings across the board; the owner is very straightforward and was very patient with all of my questions. In the end, due to his logical explanation, I ended up going the OBD-II route. Most importantly, the finished product was very clean, and the wires were run in a way that is safe and thoughtful. He explained that his route avoided airbag areas and took a little longer due to the need to remove some extra panels. I'm meticulous, so when I got home, I checked the panels for flushness and realized you could not tell they were removed (which is awesome). Overall, I would come back again if I ever need a dashcam wired in; I would also buy the camera direct from here as well since it would be cheaper overall. Thank you, Acedashcam!

Installed a blackvue 2ch with a battery pack. Aaron was very responsive and did a great job installing the system and hiding the wires. He’s the best around with specialized knowledge for blackvues and electrical systems and will treat your car with utmost care !

Aaron was really communicative and helpful throughout the process. The cable management work is great. Also, Aaron took time to explain how to utilize the camera, which I really appreciate.

Thanks Aaron for the clean installation, and help with the dash cam app! Only thing to make this better would be a waiting room - but Aaron was up front about this so I wasn’t surprised. So long as you are able to work around this inconvenience you will be happy with Ace Dashcam. Bottom line for me is I will be back for future dashcam purchase and installations on my other cars. Great work!
