We had an amazing experience with Kirby Moving Service! Our movers Tae, Mason, and Armon were professional, efficient, and took great care in protecting all of our belongings. They placed everything exactly where we wanted, making the unpacking process so much easier. Beyond just moving, they went the extra mile by assembling some new furniture we had ordered and even taking away all the boxes and packing materials, leaving our home completely clutter-free. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond really set them apart. On top of their excellent service, they also gave me a veterans discount, which I truly appreciate. Wonderful experience. Eric and Dell showed up on time and worked quickly and carefully. Clean, efficient, and friendly, they clearly cared about doing the job right. They organized everything when unloading at our storage facility to allow us easy access to things while stored. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer for our next move.

I had such a smooth out-of-state move with Kirby's. Dylan and Tay were excellent communicating with me and my family. Packing was quick, efficient and thorough. They wrapped my furniture well and everything made it to the destination safely. Will absolutely recommend them to people I know.

Wal and Mason were quick, efficient, and great to work with. They made the entire loading experience very easy. They had a good sense of humor and we would easily book again with Kirby's moving company and would definitely request the 2 of them specifically if we needed to do this again. We even called last minute as we realized we were in over our heads and they were able to send us these 2 gentlemen 2 hours from our last minute request. Highly recommend!

Kirby's Moving Company did an amazing job with our move! We had a very tight 8 hour window to move all of our belongings from the sold house to our new house. Tay and his team worked so hard and were able to move everything within that timeframe. Every single person that helped us was very kind, professional and took great care of our belongings. I would highly recommend them!!

I've gone back and forth in regards to writing this review. As I unpack I've decided I am. This is the 2nd time we've hired kirbys for a move, Both times there were issues but fixed by the owner Tay. We had a qpute from Helen after giving inventory of our house that included an adjustable bed that we knew was extra to be disassembled and set back up. The day started very badly. The guys came in and I walked them through the house showing them what was going which was basically everything, which was packed and ready to go. The 2 guys kept side eyeing each other but got zo work. They had no idea how to do the bed and I put a yt video on how to disassemble. They got it out to the truck and then said they were off the clock as they were waiting to hear from their boss because Helen under quoted us. Ok. They stayed in the truck and after 15 minutes or so told us they can't move us they have to Leave and no one's coming back because their not allowed to move biohazards? WHAT? Said that chocolate milk on the frame of the bed they already moved was blood and put everything back in the house, ripping off part off the base board heater in the process. I immediately called another company because we had to move that day due to my veterans medical equipment and bed had already been disassembled. I put $50 deposit down and they were on the way. At this point my son contacted Tay who had him send pics of the area on question. I told my son I no longer wanted to work with this company and want my $300 deposit back. Getting the deposit back was out of the question and Tay said he'd would personally come out that day. I canceled the other movers and we waited. I was told the truck was full and asked would i do a walk through to see if anything else had to go. At this point I'm exhausted. Did I mention that we moved the bed? I showed them 2 more boxes in the kitchen that really needed to go. A good amount of stuff was left that would have fit in the truck. We paid the extra for the bed to be unloaded and set back up. They obviously don't know anything about these beds because the pump was not hooked back up, neither were the tube's. The bed is now on carpet opposed to hardwood and I can't get the ledge back in place that the pump sits on. I asked that items go where they were marked and was told it would cost more as it takes time. I agreed to that. Part of the reason I hired movers was my husband is newly in a wheelchair and requires alot of my time. It just makes things easier for me. As I've been unpacking I'm finding kitchen boxes at the back of the house, our side table top now needs to be glued or something because the top is no longer attached. I do appreciate the care that was taken to move my 1801 wooden hucth. They took the feet off my TV and didn't put them back on. Left tv screws and feet in a corner. This leaves me trying to figure out how to get the bit of stuff left at my old place to the new. Tay was nice enough but unfortunately we won't be calling them again.
