Angela made the experience of renting a unit easy! She was kind and professional, and gave my little kid a sticker with a dog on it, which she loved! Property looked good.

Update: Since leaving my last review, the service I have received has been HORRIBLE. This company DO NOT care about their customers, they are MONEY DRIVEN ONLY. It’s heartbreaking to experience what I experienced in this last month. I was hospitalized due to needing a blood transfusion which caused me not to be able to get to the office and pay my balance. I explained this to "MIKE" and he completely disregarded my situation. He’s the most rude, insensitive, and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I have asked for some of the late fees to be waived since my account balance went from a little over $500 now to $817!!!! They just applied ANOTHER late fee on yesterday. Such a disgrace! The Regional Manager (KATHY) was no different. She left a very insensitive message on my voicemail stating that no fees would be waived and that "I needed to get in there and pay my balance". I would NOT recommend this place! They DO NOT care about PEOPLE. It’s only about MONEY. I have rented with this company for years and to receive this treatment is beyond ridiculous. ********************************************** Shelby is always so nice and professional. She goes above and beyond with assisting me with any questions that I might have regarding my storage space. I appreciate her more than she knows. Thank you Shelby for making my life as easy as it’s been while having my things in storage.☺️

Monthly rent for storage unit is high and it seems to increase every year. Being a customer for 10 years, I feel a discount should be included.

Great experience, just moved in today. Manager stayed past her hours to help me get my unit set up.

Good pricing if your looking for a none heated storage. Wish I went that way.
