These men were amazing! They went above and beyond my expectations!! I couldn't have done it without them. My husband, who always did all of the heavy lifting, disassembly, reassembly,and during the 26" truck couldn't, due to late stage early onset Alzheimer's It was a hard and demanding day and they never complained! I would rehire them in a minute!!! My husband would be proud! Thank you guys for helping ,making it happen!!! ❤️ ❤️✝️
Manager was nice to waive some unnecessary fees. Very helpful, made it easy for us to rent the truck.
Just stopping by to leave a review. This location helped me setup my ubox... I forget the gentleman's name on the phone but was so sweet? Donald maybe? He even called back to make sure I was doing what I needed to do to get the result i wanted. also, the lady dropping it off was so nice... and even the uhaul customer service lady i just talked to was sooo nice??? Where does u-haul find their people? Everyone since the beginning of this stressful process has been wonderful and smart and efficient and helpful in executing. Thanks so much <3
The only problem I had was the price of per mile. $1.49 is too much in my opinion. Yes the rental is OK and I understand about the gas, but the total cost adds up without you realizing how many miles are going on. I guess it is what it is. Next time I'll just have a friend's truck and pay them? It will be cheaper than $461 for 2 days locally...
I pull in after a long journey from Texas. A bike carrier had installed at UHaul in Texas ended up with a few loose bolts so they checked and tightened them. Such a relief Thank you Vicky and Ian.
My girl listened. I was seen. I was heard. Today was a blessing. A gift to get most everything moved. Staff are Joyful, helpful, compassionate, competent, supportive, caring, and human beings! God Bless the staff at UHaul, and God Bless America!
Had a new receiver hitch put on to replace a rusted out 13 year old one. They were right on time and did a great job. I highly recommend them.
