StorQuest Express - Self Service Storage

The customer service was great! Delia was so sweet and nice helped us through every step of tha way . The facility was clean and neat well organized. I would greatly suggest coming to StorQuest plus it’s 24 hours 7 days a week! Oh i forgot to mention they have great specials a good prices. Thanks to tha wonderful staff ima tell all my hommies an family to go check it out!

I looked for many local storage places on line before choosing Storquest Express. After meeting Delilah and touring the facility we were sold. She answered all the questions that I didn't even know I had! What a great personality and her knowledge about the place was top notch. I know where we will go for all our storage needs going forward.

After having rented from cubesmart and trojan storage my hope was lost in today's customer service. The turning of a head and directed to automated customer service and other responses I received from other bottom of the barrel storage companies I quite them all together. Thanks to storquest and respectively Delilah, my hope was renewed and my experience has been over the top thus far. I wouldn't waste a minute or a dollar on any other company again!!

Deliliah was amazing! Not only was she very professional, but she was also very kind while helping us get a storage unit. We were in a hurry, called StorQuest, and were able to get in the unit that same day. I also felt very safe and comfortable there. Thank you Delilah!!

The process to rent a storage unit was easy online and the staff was so helpful. They worked with me to make sure I got the Size that I needed and explained the terms and pricing completely. Delilah was so professional and friendly, so help.

Dalila was helpful and informative. She was easy to work with and really got the storage space I needed at a great value. Same size unit was only 1/3 of the price I had been paying around the corner. Cleaner facility and 24/7 access was a bonus.

Delilah was very helpful in assisting me with moving into my storage unit! She rearranged her work schedule to accommodate my work schedule, she went above and beyond. She took the care and concern to make sure I understood where my unit was and explained the whole process of gate entrance and exit, usage of the Storquest provided lock, and how to get a hold of her lest I need assistance in the future. Highly recommend! Daphne was also a great sales lady since she was the reason why I got the storage unit in the first place. She presented me with all of Storquest storage options, their prices, and the services provided therein. She took initiative to understand exactly why I was renting it; specifically for my handyman business. As such, with this knowledge, she presented me with even more options and different locations that have 24/7 access; which was the key deciding factor why I decided to go with the Ramco St. Location: it’s close proximity to my residence and 24/7 access. Also, because I liked the name "Ramco Street". And that I drive a Dodge Ram.
