Came in for a charge port replacement that was recommended to me after they did my phone battery. Gave me my phone back and claimed "water damage" short circuited my phone, that it was broke and nothing could be done (I have a water proof phone that has been in a waterproof case the entire time I have owned it and never had any water damage incidents). I took my phone to the Apple store to run diagnostics and they found screws missing and the phone put back together incorrectly. Brought my phone back to batteries plus and they fixed their error free of charge after I provided evidence of their mistake. Very dissatisfied with the lack of accountability for their mistake and lack of communication during the repair. If you are looking for a competent technician to work on your phone this is NOT the place to go.

I stopped in because I thought the battery in my car key fob had died. Sam was great. She put in a new battery (which was tricky to access) but when I went out to my car, the fob still wasn't working. She took the time to investigate and discovered the fob was shorting out and causing the battery to drain quickly. I then drove home to get my spare key fob, which also had a dead battery, and she put the new battery in it and it worked. Thanks Sam for digging in to find the root cause and issue in the first fob and for putting the new battery into the spare fob, which will now be used as my primary. She was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

Came in looking for a battery, came out with a battery. Was impressed with the quick checkout and the promptness of the staff to get the order completed. Will definitely be coming back for all my battery needs.

One week ago I had my screen replaced by a tech at batteries plus west Saint Paul. I had no issues with the phone besides the shattered screen it was working perfectly fine. After the screen was replaced, my phone started to shut down, crash, disconnect from Bluetooth devices, and the ear speaker stopped working multiple times a day for a week straight. On Friday, I called and asked if I needed to make an appointment to bring the phone back in to have them fix their mistake and they told me I could bring it in first thing Saturday morning. I arrived to the store today at 9:30 am, thirty minutes after they opened and the store closed. I called another location and was told the worker must not have shown up to work and someone could be there to open in 30 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait so brought it back in the afternoon and explained the issue. I got a call on my partner’s phone an hour later from the tech asking for my phone password to test the screen, providing him with that and then didn’t hear anything for almost 3 more hours. I called back and was told "there’s nothing wrong with this phone so I don’t need to take it apart" and re-stated what I told him initially. He said he "hadn’t had a chance to look at the phone yet today" despite putting in the phone password over 3 hours prior. I asked to speak to a manager, he declined. I asked for a refund and he said he would need to re-install my shattered screen and that would take another two hours. I will never be recommending this company to anyone and im praying this incompetent technician didn’t permanently break my phone.

Well, my one star follows others as an employee is trying to gaslight me into a different version of reality. It seems as though they try and cover their asses more than they bring customer service a month without a phone that was only supposed to be a fixed screen I’m told there’s a software issue that never existed prior to the phone being brought in and now that an employee is trying to gaslight me that only points me to something else that happened. Gaslighting typically means that set employee broke the phone, and I was trying to find a way out of it. I’m documenting it all and will probably make a claim with the insurance company and make them feel the fire instead of just looking at reviews that don’t make them change their ways.

This business swapped my original iPhone 14 Pro to a defective one right after I received my phone back for a replacement of bad green display screen and the replacement screen was has a hair line minor cracked and they thought I wouldn’t notice but I brought it back for 2 complaints on swapped battery and cracked screen. They replaced the after market screen but refused to acknowledge that they did SWAP out my original battery for the overheat & drain one that I have right now. Please don’t go to this ripped off business anymore as they can damage your phone beyond recognition after any services by them. Period !

DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL BREAK YOUR PHONE!!!!!! if i could give 0 stars i would. brought my phone into this store to get a screen repair figuring it would be quick and easy and and I'd be done. nope they broke my phone worse and when i went back to have them fix it they said nothing was wrong. it shuts off for no reason now, bluetooth wont connect and i cant hear calls. none of that was happening before i came in.
