Made an appointment for a simple fix? It will end up being held over night because it was a "tough job" Do you like losing money? Because they'll always try to sell you overpriced, unnecessary parts to scare you into thinking the thing will blow up. Hope you like your seating changed, the floormats kicked up, and dirt in your car. It will be returned this way every time. They only good experience i had was outstanding, but it does not outweigh the negative. A big negative was when i wasn't given back my good tire after explicitly asking. Two stars, at least they're not rude. Management should really do some thinking. Regardless, DO NOT GO HERE! Update: customer support tried to bribe me with a 15% coupon, pretending i didn't get overcharged triple and cheated on work and time. absolutely RIDICULOUS.

I arrived 15 minutes early. As I started walking in the building a customer slammed open the door cussing and yelling at the guy working the counter they obviously did something wrong and the guy working the counter looks at me and said another crazy customer. So I hand him my keys and he tell me it will be between 1 to 1 1/2 Hours. He asked me if I wanted to wait or come back for it. I decided to wait. So I walk down the street and had a bite to eat. When I came back about 30 mins later the car was still in the same spot I left it. So I went in and had a seat in the disgusting waitting area. As I'm sitting here all I can hear is people in the back arguing and swearing went on for at least an hour off and on. Ounce my car was finally done. My car was brought around and I was ready. The counter guy and the Macinic who put my tires on where at the counter chatting about something other then my car and I stood there for a good 15 minutes. Ounce they where done chatting he say you are all set handed me my keys and I ask about my alignment and I got a sucking of the teeth and he went to get the report and didn't know how to explain it. 100 percent unsatisfied. Poor customer service skills and poor attitudes from the place. No wonder the customer before me was so upset.

They got me in and out same day on a busy Saturday. 2 tires done at a competitive rate and they were very understanding of my difficult situation and did everything they could to accommodate. Work was done fast and well within the quoted time. The guys were really knowledgeable and courteous to explain things to me so I understood. Had fun exploring the tire inventory with my son. This is definitely a reliable shop for those in-a-pinch situations.

Pep boys were fast, kind, respectful and reasonably priced. They saved me over $400 on my brakes a month ago and just now they have saved me $80 on an oil change. They are fast and they just seem like good guys.

Wow I wish I could leave 0 stars. I made an appointment to replace a tire, they give me a price, I get there and it’s "Oh we have a matching tire but it will actually be an additional $40" Fine. Then they take my car into the garage, come find me and ask if I have a special key to take the lug nuts off?? I said "no you guys don’t have it?" And the tech then tells me they do have a removal kit but it will be an additional $70. So an additional $70 to remove the tire I made an appointment to have replaced? They’ve added an extra $110 from the original price they gave me online. Will never be coming back to this dump again, much better off going literally anywhere else.

This place is terrible. Had new breaks put on and they grind all the time. Took the car back and they told me everything was fine and refused to fix them. Had a front end alignment done and the car was pulling to the left, brought it back and they charged me again for another alignment...the car still pulls to the left. Had a clanking noise under the car, had them fix it, its worse now. Paid for 4 new tires and they only put 2 new tires on. This is not a joke, this place is TERRIBLE. Read the other reviews. And if someone from upper management would like to fix my car correctly I am waiting...

Overall good experience with exception of vehicle status communication. Team performed complete inspection and raised valid flags. Properly recommended the appropriate fixes. Part storage area was a disaster with me parts laying all over the floor. Obviously no attempt at organization of or proper care for stocked parts. Made me question if I wanted them using these parts on my car. Large storage facility would actually look nice if even the most minimal effort was taken.
