Paul's Cycling and Fitness

Been very happy with their customer service and knowledge. They're busy in the workshop but have always squeezed me in knowing that i rely on my bike for getting around. I appreciate that they're open on Mondays too, it's convenient for those who ride a lot on the weekends. You really can't go wrong with any bike shop in town and i think ultimately comes down to the brand they carry and which you prefer. If you like Specialized brand bikes - this is your shop. Their service prices are reasonable and when i needed to navigate an insurance claim after some damage to my bike they prepared a damage report and accurately quoted me for the repairs, helping me get reimbursed quickly for my claim. They fixed it up well and made sure i was set for miles to come. Their technicians are knowledgeable and have never minded taking a few minutes to answer any maintenance questions i have.

I am on my 5th Specialized Epic. I got my first one from Paul's back in 2004? I love having a personal relationship with the staff. Paul helped me dial in the specific component set for my new Epic 8, and Dale made sure that I was fitted correctly. There is a reason I keep going back to them, and it's not only because of the brand, but because the way the value me as a customer and a person. I could not be happier with my new bike and the staff at Paul's. I was able to pick up the bike shortly after it arrived, and was riding it by 5pm....and it is everything that I hoped it would be...

Ive purchased 3 bikes from Paul's and have always had a great experience. My Grandson calls it his favorite bike shop. When he's ready for a 29er, we will be back.

The middle aged bald guy who works here was very rude and standoffish. Not sure what his deal was but he seemed angry to just be at work. One of the mechanics or technicians was very creepily staring at my little cousin. I won't be coming back to this shop anytime soon.

I recently purchased a bike there, and it was one of the best buying experiences i've had in a while. Dale was great, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I’ve bought my last 2 bikes here, they have really good repair shop. They specialize in "specialized " bikes. The low reviews seem like they’ve been targeted, a lot of serious bikers come here, highly recommend.

Bob is a master repairer of bicycles! He is keeping my old Schwinn DX-900 going because modern stationary bikes don't meet my needs. Everyone is very friendly & customer-oriented. Family owned & run for years.
