Had a horrible experience. My husband and I reserved a 12ft box truck as we are moving and our move day was scheduled for today. We showed up at the scheduled time (7:30am) for pickup. We were taken through the WHOLE process, IDs, Insurance, payment. Etc. only to be told (oh, it’s in the dealership. We only have a van or a pickup truck). These would obviously not work and were not comparable. When we told them this, we were given a blank stare until I finally asked "can I transfer the reservation to different sore at least". I was told no, that I would have to cancel it and go to the other store to process. I printed if they could look at the other stores to see if they have one available. I was told we had to just "call around and hope someone has something". Through the entire time we were there, employees moved incredibly slowly, had no sense of self urgency or motivation to do anything, and never even gave an "I’m sorry" about the situation. Just a blank stare and your SOL feel free to call around. This has completely thrown a wrench in our already incredibly stressful move at the last second as EVERYTHING we own was supposed to be moved today. Never rent anything from them. There is no communication, no urgency, and especially no care or customer service.

I've only been here a couple times, but the staff has been incredibly helpful every time. And when I needed a birthday gift for my mom, knowing that they sold lime trees and Venus flytraps was absolutely perfect for her. Will be coming back for my own home improvement needs as well.

I was in a bind. I needed some calcium cloride for an experiment I was doing with my students. It is the spring, so I didn't see any on the shelves. I asked about it and told them about the situation. They went the extra mile to get a bag for me. One of the staff members said, "Anything for the kids." I am very impressed with their efforts on my behalf. I could not have a better experience. Thanks!!!!!!

I purchased several bags of brown mulch. Due to their weight I needed assistance loading and unloading the bags. When I walked by the check out in the garden area I asked the cashier for help. By the time I reached the bags of mulch a young woman had arrived to help. Her name was Melanie. This was on 6/20/25 at about 5:30 pm. She was most pleasant and professional! Lifting those bags did not seem to be an unpleasant experience for her. Home Depot is blessed to have such a good worker. The young woman at the register was also most efficient and pleasant. Her name was Desiree. You are lucky to have these workers HOME DEPOT!
