Cumberland Farms

I gave this store a good review years ago, that review is most definitely changing after my recent experience there. The manager that works in the afternoon, she should be fired, not worth going into detail on a Google review, but I don’t think she’s all there. I also noticed the cleanliness of the grafton st. store has gone way down hill, actually pretty gross inside and out, definitely wouldn’t eat any food prepared there.

Very pleasant and welcoming, everything thing was clean and shelves were well stocked, customer service was great too. I recommend this Cumberland farms over any other one honestly. ️❤️

Easily , the worst Cumberlands in Mass. dirty , no one at the counter , never any pizza or actual food. Worst of all time

When I try to get gas it take about 10 minutes. especially when it’s past 12 AM you just might as well not go there.

Gangs in the area but mostly keep to themselves. If you need a sandwich or hot dog or pizza slice it's good. They are a large convenience store with lots of products. You know you're not going to get any bargains but that's to be expected. Gas is available on the premises but parking is limited however most people are in and out fast so spaces are usually available to park. They have coffee, muffins, donuts as well. Decent place for a quick pit stop and to gas up the car. Gas prices are a little deceptive but still reasonable. Read signage carefully.

I was at this location 4/21/23 at 430-5am and was amazed with the service I received. The two employees at the time were quick to help remedy an issue with an order from door dash, of no fault of their own. Food was even prepared and served in a careful fashion, with a smile. The issue was addressed as if they took full responsibility and were there to ensure my satisfaction with my order. While helping other customer's! Excellent
