Store isn't bad but one sales man not professional and give me parts less count and unhappy to count infront him and get miss one of themnot realistic person

Every time I walk into the rt20 location, either no one is willing to help, they don’t have the part I’m looking for or they are just rude. Don’t waste your time. Plenty of other helpful truck parts stores on rt20

It is a ok place. It used to be alot better over the last year and a half you can tell the employees don't care much about customer service. and there inventory is not like it once was now when you need a part alot of times it has to be ordered even for something as small as exhaust tips.

Went there today to get an exahust set up of my sterling box truck....guy behind the counter was great....idk his name but he had to chance to make 400 extra bucks off me be having me order out a muffler from international.... when he suggested if you got space i have a muffler in stock that cost 150 that will do the same thing .....sold! Also they rebuilt couple front driveshafts for me ...just good guys.... theybhave great pricing..better then online and the guys are down to earth they dont talk down at you or are grouchy like kost counter guys
