We had a wonderful experience at Maria’s Fine Jewelry in Worcester. We originally came in to have our son’s chain fixed, and instead, decided to purchase a new one. While we were waiting I decided to have 2 rings cleaned. While cleaning my wedding ring, her bench jeweler noticed two small cracks in the band. He took the time to explain the repair process to my husband and me, and was able to do the work while we waited. Not only did he repair and secure my diamond perfectly, but he polished both rings so they looked brand new—my 15-year-old wedding ring was sparkling like the day I got it. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional, and the customer service from both Maria and her jeweler was outstanding. Maria truly stands by her work and offers warranties for both purchases and repairs, which shows how much pride she takes in her business. We’ve purchased a few pieces from Maria in the past and will definitely continue to return. She is honest, knowledgeable, and has over 40 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Some people may mistake her straightforward manner for being rude, but we’ve found it to be refreshing—she’s open, honest, and never pushy. A very nicely fitted out jewelry store that looks tiny if you just look at the entrance. Once past the front door there is a spacious main room with display cases — good selection of jewelry, watches, and gift items. The store also offers different services (e.g., engraving, watch battery replacement, etc). Super friendly and helpful people! Parking available in a lot accessed from Franklin Street — signage in the lot will identify it for Maria’s as well as other stores in the small complex.

The staff here helped me pick out the PERFECT engagement ring for my now fiancè. In addition to the setting you get to choose your stone. You also get the stone's report from the International Gemological Institute so you know it is authentic! The custom design was purchased and I was able to pick it up within 5 weeks! We had multiple recommendations to come here and I will also be recommending others in the future!

I bought an engagement/wedding ring combo here and my girl loved them. The service was personalized to me . The rings came in early and all the details I had requested were done to precision. This is the place if you are looking to buy jewelry. If I need something else, I will definitely go back.

I am nothing short of impressed! Called right when they opened to ask about ring resizing and thankfully the jeweler was there and able to assist. They took my ring in the back and by the time my receipt was written up and I went to sit down it was done!!! Door to door took me exactly 10 minutes. I had been procrastinating getting this done for so long because I didn’t want to be without my engagement ring for days…had I known it would be this quick I would’ve gone immediately! I cannot recommend Maria’s enough, you will not be disappointed!

I recently brought a piece of jewelry in for repair and Maria suggested the best way to solve an issue with a chipped stone and her team presented me with options and her team repaired my piece and got it looking as good at a reasonable price. I also liked the fact that my jewelry was expertly repaired quickly and wasn't shipped out for repairs. Would recommend Maria's for repairs and purchases!

Recently had a custom necklace designed at Maria's. More than pleased with the outcome. It is a gift with much sentimental value and was nervous, well, about everything! Who to trust? Will I have to pay an arm and a leg? How long will it take? I'm so glad I chose Maria's because everything went smoothly. They were able to take two different stones, a diamond and a Ruby, and combine them in a pendent. It was exactly what I asked for and was completed in a very timely fashion.
