I stopped in on the fly, no appointment, and I was treated in the kindest, most understanding way. In quite literally 3 minutes I had a new battery and was back on the road. These men are expert, caring, and authentic. I will now never go to anyone but them: they are true professionals, and beyond that, exceptional people. I'm so grateful.

We’ve used Meredith for years and have always been highly satisfied. Recently, we went in for a new battery and had an unexpected related event. A fuse had blown, and Mike went out of his way to help us get the fuse changed and get us back on the road. And all of this With a smile and joking with us! Highly recommend this business.

I was leaving work today and my truck wouldn’t start, I was able to jumped it to get it started and had remembered friends and family talk about Meredith battery not far from where I was. I went straight there and Mike was in the office. He greeted me with a smile and when I told him I wasn’t sure what was going on (I don’t know anything about vehicles) he asked me all the right questions to help me figure out what was happening. He hooked my old truck up and confirmed that my battery had given up. He told me my options for a new battery clear as day and made sure I understood exactly what needed done and what he was doing. He was upfront and honest about prices. His customer service skills were absolutely top notch and I will recommend this business every chance I get. He helped turn my day around with his nice smile and kind heart and helped put my anxiety about the situation at ease. Honestly I had a 10/10 experience.

My daughter and I went into Meredith Battery because I was having issues with my car battery. We were greeted someone who was very understanding and friendly. He tested my battery and said it was bad so he ask me some questions and got the new one put in quickly -and within like 10 minutes total we were in and out and he also had tested the alternator to make sure it was working properly, which mine was . Hands down best place to get a battery! Great interaction love this family business. I will for sure be coming here with any battery issues and will highly recommend them to anyone. I also want to note that being two women going in I really feel we were treated fairly and not taken advantage of.

Car battery unexpectedly died on my birthday and I was able to get a jump and was recommended this place. I called and nobody answered but I left a voicemail and Mike called me back quickly. He listened to my whole message and already knew what I needed before I showed up. He had my battery ready as soon as I arrived and had it installed in 10 minutes.
