Kevin made the EV charger installation process extremely simple and quick. He was very responsive over text and was able to provide an estimate based off photos/video. The estimate was also very reasonable given that my charger would require over 75 feet of conduit and wiring. I was initially worried that he would have difficulty working with my concrete garage walls, as there are many water pipes and other conduit running all over the place. But turns out this was no issue for him -- which I should have known given that he has plenty of experience with these types of garages! He was able to get the job done efficiently and made it also aesthetically pleasing (the conduit created straight lines that aligned with the other preexisting pipes, and it was placed high enough towards the ceiling so that the walls would look less messy). I have not had any issues with the NEMA 14-50 outlet that he installed and I am incredibly grateful that he was able to complete the work in the amount of time that he promised (and all by himself)!

Kevin did an excellent job installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet for us. His pricing was very competitive, and the quality of his work was top-notch. We had a tricky setup with a lot of existing pipes and conduits in the way, but he handled it skillfully and made sure the final result looked clean and professional. We wanted a 240V outlet installed in our garage for our EV, and we reached out to a few electricians with good Yelp reviews. Kevin was quick to respond, knowledgable and thorough in his questions, and had a competitive quote. He came the next Saturday morning, and was great in person, as well - very friendly and thoughtful in making sure we were happy with the routing of the conduit and the placement of the outlet. I am SOOOOOO glad I called Bay Electric regarding an inspection of my condo building's electrical system that our new insurance company was requiring. Kevin was traveling, but still got back to me ASAP -- he was super responsive, easy to deal with, and a straight shooter. Another electrician had said it would cost at least $1500 to do the electrical inspection and report. But Kevin did it in an hour and charged me his very fair and reasonable hourly rate. If I ever have electrical issues/needs again, I'll definitely be using Kevin again.

First off, this is on a Sunday morning. Between 9-10am. Blew my circuits and in-unit panel did not restore power. Called Bay Electric and the gentleman walked me through finding the unit breaker panel near meters in the building and resetting. Incredibly patient, knowledgeable, kind, and generous with his time. Refused to charge me. I'd say, use this service or their referral. Inspiringly helpful!!
