Bedford Camera & Video

I truly love Bedford. As a burgeoning photographer and camera enthusiast this place checks all of my boxes: kind and helpful staff, numerous events and classes, and reasonably priced products. I have to shout out the staff though - I am honestly in here so much that they are beginning to know me by first name…LOL. Bruce, Kathy, Michael, Jeremy - keep up the good work because you all are awesome!

Austin Pittman always goes above and beyond for me when it comes to my camera gear. Makes great recommendations on my equipment, finds me receipts when I need to do warranty work, & takes care of me when my equipment goes down. Highly recommend using Bedfords. I’ve use them the last two years & they have been phenomenal.

Learned a lot and was able to look at upgrades for my camera. There was no hard sale tactics. It was great. Ask for Jeremy Smith. He is super knowledgeable and friendly.

We had 39 VHS tapes transferred to DVD's. After watching the first five new DVD's we were very disappointed in the quality of the tapes. We returned to the store & the manager pointed out that some of the VHS tapes were so old they had ruffled on the edges affecting the quality of the transfer. Even though the manager knew the cause he was more than fair making it right for us. That is above & beyond customer service. Bedford Little Rock is over the top in customer service! They are helpful with little jobs like photo printing & big jobs like the VHS transfer. We applaud the employees and manager at the Little Rock store.

I just spent a few hours today with Jeremy Smith upgrading firmware on my Sony A1 and Sony A1 II and several of my Sony lenses. He was incredibly helpful in explaining how to tether my Sony A1 II with several apps. I am so thankful Bedford has such an amazing representative that knows all things related to photography and can make solid recommendations for photography needs. I drove from Arlington, TN and the 6 hour round trip drive was so worth it. Thank You so much Jeremy!!!

Excellent camera store, ordered the Fuji X100IV from multiple different stores across the country but was the first to ship from Bedford, great customer service too and can easily recommend it.

Boom.. so I came in from Mississippi with my family. We’re new to the area & I’m a passionate photographer so I wanted to shop there. The customer service was poor, no one hardly spoke to my family, and they weren’t even busy!!! I couldn’t truly judge the atmosphere but.. it wasn’t pleasing.
