What really stood out was how patient and thorough he was — he took the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it, which I really appreciated. Michael was excellent ….He came in and immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it. He had excellent customer service and he helped me download the app and showed me how to set it up on my phone. He also changed my filter and gave suggestions on how to maintain my unit. I would definitely recommend.

We recently had Andrew from Bell Systems come out to check our HVAC system after setting up our home warranty, and I could not be happier with the service! He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, checked the temperature in every room, went up into the attic, and even showed me how to optimize our airflow and humidity levels. Since his visit, our home has been noticeably cooler and more comfortable, and our system is running more efficiently than ever. He also gave great advice about keeping the fan on "auto" instead of "on," which has made a big difference. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled but also so patient and communicative. Thank you, Bell Systems, for sending such a dedicated and kind technician! He truly deserves recognition for his outstanding work!

Dustin S did a spectacular job. He discussed the cause of the issue with me and what he’d be doing to correct it. Once completed he came back in to test and confirm the fix. He then went the extra mile and made sure my air vents were stationed in a way to beat circulate the airflow in my home. I’ve only been in my home three weeks. Service people that are prompt, communicate well and kind while doing it make my day. Thanks Dustin!!

Always a great experience with Bell Mechanical! Joe was the tech who came out and he was awesome, super friendly, on time, and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly. It’s nice when you can tell someone actually cares about their work.
