I was there to purchase an IMAC. While I was trying to find someone to get information on the IMAC, an AT&T representative came to ask me questions. I don’t want to be haggled by salesman. If I want to ask you (AT&T) a question I will ask, but don’t interrupt my shopping experience. So, the ATT rep said if I needed help, I said what do you know about the IMACs? He couldn’t answer so he said let me get someone for you. I waited 10 mins and nobody showed up. Now I see this ATT rep talking to some customer in the Apple product area. I stand around to ask him if he found someone to assist me. The ATT rep says no, i didn’t. But if you go over there you can ask someone with a radio for assistance. I said, You told me you were going to get me assistance. Your words not mine. I have been waiting here this whole time. So, his trainee said, I’ll get help sir. I waited another 5-10 mins and still no one showed up. Best Buy needs to do better at tending to customer service. I saw very few Best Buy reps on the floor. As for the ATT rep leader, he needs have better customers service and communication. I left the store after waiting for someone to show up. I bought an IMAC, I spent 2K at the brooks city base location. They were busy, but they made sure to let me know they didn’t forget about me. When it was my turn Best Buy Rep answered all my questions and did an outstanding job unlike the Loop 410/San Pedro location.

I went in tonight and spoke with Red, with Geek squad. I am not sure if this was a manager or not (apologies) but nevertheless, the service was amazing - start to finish. I do not have to come in here often, but I have been enough to know this service exceeded expectations based on previous visits. She not only helped me, but educated me on things that would benefit me with the use of my product moving forward, and I left with my computer looking brand new, all from just a battery replacement. She was helping another person at the same time as me and still did not skip a beat with making sure everyone was seen, heard, and the focus while she was speaking directly to them. Everyday there is something to complain about, but I would like to make just as big a fuss about there being NOTHING to complain about whatsoever. This is not about Best Buy as a whole; This is about HER (or, them) Creating the environment I am sure would be high standards for Best Buy, and I do hope she is recognized for that. Thank you, Red.

I was just in there this morning.As soon as they opened up to buy a power supply and ssd and the employee who I don't know how to spell the name of (ee-sigh-ee) what is absolutely helpful and made my shopping experience that much more better.He is A-1 employee and was very engaged and absolutely.Help me with what I needed so much so that I felt like.I should write a review just about awesome.He was as a employee and made my shopping experience that much more better. This location does not honor scheduled appointments. My appointment was for 8:20 and I type this at 8:39. Been helping the same people for almost 1 hour each while ignoring me. Do better Best Buy. Do better.

I was looking for a Android Samsung cover for my phone at one of the Best Buy stores and it was not on stock. So the customer service person checked availability at other stores and found one for me. I paid for it and traveled to the other store location to pick it up. The transaction was smooth and easy and the geek squad attendant helped me install the cover for a price. I was very satisfied with entire ordeal.

VASTLY understaffed and WOEFULLY product/process knowledge ignorant!!! I was looking for a clothes dryer. The guy running the Major Appliances department was sitting at the desk when I arrived, and there was a woman standing and waiting to be next. I asked the clerk if he was alone in the department, and he replied that he had called for more help. So I started looking at the models to narrow down my choices. 20 minutes later, after walking the entire department 3 times, the same clerk and both customers were all in their exact same position. I confirmed with the woman that she was next in line and returned to more closely compare the few models I had not eliminated. 10 minutes later I returned to the Appliances Desk to find nothing changed and watch the lady turn around and walk away and out the front door. Having figured out exactly what I wanted, I went to the front register and placed my order. I had questions about the model, but didn't figure the Cashier had any clue and doubted the Appliances Department Clerk would have had any better knowledge. The Cashier took the order and scheduled the delivery and removal of the old unit. It would have been nice to have spoken with someone knowledgeable in the comparative features because I bought the model with the drum shelf for my tennis shoes - but that comes with the "STEAM" function accessories, and requires a water connection - which I don't have on that side of the laundry closet. Let me clarify that I grew up in our family-owned appliance store in Waco where we sold more GE, Jenn-Aire, Sub-Zero, Hotpoint, etc., than any dealer between Dallas and Austin. All I needed was 5 minutes of time with a knowledgeable sales person, and this would have been a 5-STAR review, not the single-star that is actually overrating Best Buy. Note, I had the same problem when I spent $4k on a pair of TVs, so this is systemic and a long-term continued pattern of customer service deficiencies.

The food was good. The portions were very large but a lot of the plate was potatoes. If you don't have a big appetite, i would recommend that 2 people could share most of their plates. The space was open and brjght but a little on the cold (vibe, not temperature) side. The staff were very friendly and kept everything very clean.
