I had an incredible experience getting my Nintendo switch 2 at midnight from this Best Buy! They were so organized and fair that even if it took a minute it didn't feel stressful because they were moving people through fairly and efficiently. Shout out to my guy CJ that checked me out with the killer Pokemon tattoos. This team knocked it out of the park!

Exceptional Service from Chandler! I had such a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Chandler at the Chattanooga location on Gunbarrel Avenue. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect laptop. He was incredibly knowledgeable — answering every question with patience and clarity — and genuinely kind throughout the process. It’s rare to meet someone who combines expertise with such a caring attitude. Chandler turned what could have been a stressful purchase into an enjoyable and easy one. Best Buy is lucky to have him on the team.

I recently ordered the PowerDrive 30W Apple MFi Certified Vehicle Charger through the Best Buy app and picked it up via curbside. The process was fast and smooth, and the staff member who assisted me was professional, attentive, and made everything easy. Highly recommend this location!

Best buy came to my house to connect a home theatre to my T.V. Eric looked at what I had and educated me about my equipment. My equipment was well outdated and Eric told me what my options were. At that time I didn't have the money to do what I wanted to do. Eric and the man with him could not have been any nicer and were extremely smart about their jobs. I paid upfront on my credit card. Since I wasn;t prepared to do what was needed they refunded the money I had paid upfront. They made it very easy and I really appreciated them crediting my card back for the money paid up front. Best Buy are my choice when I'm prepared to buy what is needed. They are more honest than any company than I have ever dealt with.

The computer accessories are minimal at best, and the customer service is great when you can find somebody, which is not likely. I guess if you’re in the market for speakers or a big screen TV or maybe even a cell phone it’ll be fine. Before anything computers, not at all. But it’s the best we have in town that I’m aware of.

Best Buy earns no stars from me. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They promise a time window and then fail to follow it. Our appointment was scheduled from 10am to 2pm, yet we are still waiting at 5:30 pm.—an entire day wasted. Their customer service was terrible, and the manager was completely unhelpful and indifferent to our inconvenience. They have already lost three TV sales due to their incompetence, and I will warn everyone I know to avoid doing business with Best Buy in Chattanooga, TN, at all costs! I had to give them one star to post, but they don't deserve that. They never showed up, so you can bet I will be there tomorrow to get my money back! It’s important to be honest with customers about appointment times. They wasted my whole Saturday waiting. No call, no show. Terrible business practices!

I went to Best Buy Geek Squad due to issues with my radio. Jeremy Hitchcock kindly greeted me and very professionally handled the situation. I was completely satisfied with the excellent service and I highly recommend using the GEEK SQUAD !!!!
