Yes siree if you have a problem with a company who offers free inspection but then charges for it under suspicious circumstances. Give a call or email what happen and the morons you were dealing with, THEY will get the job done. Performance was excellent, I'm very pleased how it turned out to my benefit

Filed complaint against Southern Air who failed to service contracted A/C service for two years. Because of recent sale to Always air conditioning BBB said we would need to file complaint against them. Ms . Temple was very helpful and explained BBB policies but neither helped our situation. Despite calls to Always Air and email there was never a response so we hired another company to service our a/c. As I have worked in management in the corporate world all my career I was very disappointed with resolution with both a/c companies and BBB. I will however point out that Ms. Temple was excellent in her responses and follow-up with BBB

When your local BBB office receives reviews that are worse than local business in their own community it begs the question as to why anyone would trust the BBB at all. This office is an outdated and irrelevant dinosaur that has been replaced by online rating sites like Google , TrustPilot, and Yelp. Fewer people look to the BBB for recommendations and fewer business want to be "accredited" by them. If there’s anything that they are good at it is pestering businesses with calls from sales reps! I was an accredited A+ company for years but did not renew my account and won’t renew it again. I’ve seen non accredited business owners harassed for trying to resolve issues without the help of this BBB office. I’ve seen accredited business owners go from an A+ rating to an F rating because they told the BBB to mind their own business. I’ve actually had communications from this office telling me to remove the BBB logo from web sites that I had no control over. Isn’t that considered harassment? Maybe local businesses should get together and consider legal action against this BBB for its practices? The irony is that the BBB has forgotten that they too are a business, and therefore earn reviews based on the services that they provide…I don’t trust their accreditations and definitely don’t recommend any businesses to use them. Is it any wonder that the BBB nationwide loses more businesses every year?

This whole company is nothing but a big scam that aims to extort money from hard working businesses. They are not out to help customers, they just want to take money from merchants. A disgruntled customer of ours contacted BBB. BBB sent us a letter on the customer's behalf. We wrote a polite letter back to the BBB informing that we would handle the issue directly with the customer and declined their mediation services. For this the BBB gave us an "F" rating. Then we got a phone call from them asking us to join and if we did they could take care of that "F" rating. This is extortion, and the BBB needs to close their business. Don't just take my word for it. ABC news busted them cold turkey doing EXACTLY what I am accusing them of! Look it up on Youtube!

This is concerning VISIONWORKS in Pecanland Mall Monroe, La. NOT the BBB. It seems Visionworks Monroe, La. is not inclined to register with the BBB. My experience and review of Visionworks Pecanland Mall Monroe, La: A very good example of a very bad place to do business. Don't be fooled. The gentleman working their desk on the afternoon of 11/30/2017 was so callous and arrogant, I felt embarrassed for him. In very rare cases should anyone deserve exposure. This, I pray, is a rare case. Is this how you treat people excited to spend a few hundred dollars with you? He made me feel like I wasn't "good enough" and the $362 I spent that day was with your competitor. I know my paltry sum doesn't amount to much, but neither does the way you talk down to customers. I don't know what it was. Upbringing? Poor management? Poor hiring practices? All of the above? Probably so. They need to clean house at this place and they know their sales numbers reflect this. Sure, I read the bad reviews, I just thought I'd give them a chance. Don't regret it like I did. If this universal truth holds any water: Good companies with good products have good customer service in place to boost the experience, then save yourself the humiliation and stay away from this bad company.

Got a call right back from the BBB. Was given helpful information. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY FROM SANGO BUICK GMC in Winnsboro, La. They allowed my car to be traded by the person who drove it there. Contract was so jacked up that the finance company cancelled the deal & requested their $20,000+ back from Sango. This place should be investigated!!!
