Big Anchor Roofing & Gutters

It was time to get our gutters replaced and I did my homework, getting 4 quotes in all. Thor was our guy, and he really worked with us to stay within budget and never tried to up-sell us on anything. After the job, we decided we wanted a longer gutter in one area and it took awhile for them to come back. But in the end, they made it right and we’re very happy with our new gutters. I highly recommend Big Anchor!

I cannot praise Big Anchor Roofing and Gutters enough. My husband and I needed the vinyl paper on the columns to our front porch and multiple areas of fascia around the house, shed and dog house repaired after it had worn off. I send a request text to the company. Within 2 hrs I had a return text. I was offered appt options. Thor, their amazing salesmen communicated an hour before hand to be sure I was still available. He showed up at the arranged time. We felt he had a great understanding of what we wanted done. He worked efficiently taking measurements and we had an estimate before he left. Thor reached out the day I signed the contract online and said they had a cancellation and could start the following day. His crew showed up on time and worked well with each other. They were clean, provided a great job and picked up all of their material. In addition, I loved the continued communication from Thor who checked in a couple of times during the project as well as checking in after it was finished to be sure we were satisfied. I had asphalt shingles replaced in 2023.$6,900 Wood fell interior ceiling, they repaired. I also had call them back for a leak,repair. I had vinyl siding done recently $2000 and shingles storage building. $630 .. I will update if I have call them for repair on my 2 roofs ,or vinyl siding that is supposed to have a great warranty. I cancelled a repair,and did it myself .They were supposed to fix ,wood broke during vinyl siding installation.

I called Big Anchor Roofing & Gutters after an internet search. I feel like I really chose wisely after meeting Thor. He came out the day I called. He was professional and personable. I explained my needs and concerns about my new house. The current gutter system was inadequate to move water away from the foundation. He propose a plan that would carry water away the house. Thor was personable and knowledgeable about guttering. He gave us the best quote by far and the fastest installation. I have never been one to notice gutters, but I am so proud of ours! Seamless, custom and installed in 4 hours. Highly recommended!
