Blue Compass RV Buffalo

We recently purchased a camper from this dealership. At the time of sale, we were promised that certain parts (new tip out bed and awning bag that was ripped during demonstration) were already on order and expected to arrive the same day. We were told we could either return for installation or have them shipped directly to us. That was a few weeks ago. Since then, we’ve received no updates, no tracking, and no follow-through. I’ve called multiple times over the past week and have been told I need to speak with the GM, Brian, who gave me his business card and assured me he was available directly by phone, yet he has not returned my call. The salesman who sold us the camper, Carlos, has also stopped responding to my messages entirely. The parts department refuses to answer questions and says I can only speak to Brian. This dealership was more than happy to close the sale, but completely disappeared the moment they had our money. If you’re considering buying from here, be very cautious, especially about any verbal promises. Based on this experience and what I’ve now seen from their BBB and Yelp reviews, this appears to be a pattern. I will update this review if the dealership chooses to resolve this professionally. Until then, I would not recommend doing business with them

We have been shopping for a new camper for the past 2 years- we started working with Kyle S. in the Fall '24 and he was great in showing us models that we liked - but we were new to RV shopping and had a lot to learn before we committed to a specific model- we have been to pretty much every RV show and dealership in WNY and PA - but we always navigated back to Blue Compass. We started our serious search back up late this August knowing what we wanted and didn't want- but still not 100% sure - Jenna K. was the absolute best from the day she walked over to us- we told her we were just looking and with a no pressure attitude what so ever she was there for the past month to answer all of our (many, many, many) questions, texts, phone calls and if she didn't know the answer she didn't just tell us something - she took the extra time to research and get us the correct answer- she even called the rep from the manufacturer with us there (late on a Friday night) so we could address our questions right on the spot. Her willingness to go that extra mile, with a no pressure sales was what we wanted- (we have been to many dealers who were putting papers and high pressure sales on us without us even fully looking at a unit - or understanding and listening to our wants ) I can't say enough about Jenna- she was so patient, honest, professional and we had so many laughs that it made buying an RV with her fun. As you can see below from the picture- she is not afraid to get her hands dirty and go above and beyond to understand what is important to us as a buyer!!! If you stop into Blue Compass - ask for Jenna - you won’t be disappointed! I would also like to say thanks to Dave the manager for working with us to get the best deal to finally end our long search and Kyle for all the help last year. We cant wait to pick up and make great memories with our new camper!!

Traveling, called blue compass of Buffalo and needed an appointment ASAP. Ryan was gracious and overly accommodating. Made us an appointment and then was able to change the appointment to an earlier time to accommodate us. Joe, the technician was extremely proficient in diagnosing the problem. Not only fixed the reason for the visit but several other issues. He was efficient and done within two hours and all was covered on warranty. Extremely pretty pleased and highly recommend grateful we highly recommend this company and These two employees! Thank you, Joe and Ryan from the Simmons family

Wonderful experience. Everybody we encountered at Blue Compass from first stop to just look to the actual day we picked up our new travel trailer was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Special kudos to Acoyia for welcoming us and spending time with us to make sure of our wants and needs. The sales manager and F&I team worked and fought to make sure the deal was within our budget and we were comfortable with the deal before moving forward. To Acoyia for constantly checking the progress of our trailer from prep in service to cleanliness on delivery and keeping us updated. To Dan (service technician) for his knowledge and hard work going through all aspects of the trailer on delivery and making sure we were hooked up properly to our tow vehicle. The whole Blue Compass team made sure we were happy and satisfied before we left to take her home. When talking around the campfire to friends and people we meet.....Blue Compass will be included in the conversation. Thank you to the entire Blue compass team!

Had a amazing experience with blue compass. Maria was so helpful with the whole process. Maria was so easy to work with and went above and beyond. Kelly in the finance side made it so easy. Thank you to all blue compass Buffalo and Sarasota branch we're we picked up.

Carlos Eaton was our sales rep. Since we were three hours away from dealership, he set up appts convenient for us. We searched for a long time before we found blue compass and the perfect rv for us. The only glitch we had was that we snatched this one up as soon as it came in from another state. It took awhile (3weeks) to get paperwork in order to drive it off the lot. Carlos kept in contact during that time. Before we took it, we were given a bumper to bumper tour and demo of how everything works. Carlos made sure everything worked to our satisfaction. We were skeptical about buying from a dealer (the horror stories we heard about, you know CW) Blue compass and Carlos were a delightful surprise. We are packing up and getting ready for our first trip 🙂 Happy Camping!
