Bob Brown Service Experts

Bob Brown Service Experts installed a 4 head Mitsubishi Mini Split system in my work shop. Couple of days later I noticed a crack in the plastic housing of one of the units. Then the next day a couple of pieces fell off. You can tell that the plastic was pushed from the inside. Bob Brown Service told me I did the damage. I never touched the unit. It cracked during the installation. They will not fix the unit. They are brand new period. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOB BROWN FOR ANY WORK. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I give them a no star rating.

They were on time and professional. Did what they said they would, rare these days for sure. Actually they did more than they said and no extra charge either. The salesman Shane was great, very personable. Wayne the master mind of the duct work & installation was great and very nice, even with my dogs.. Everything went in as planned. Eric is the installer that went over the equipment settings and paperwork with me. He is a great young man with good people skills. I am sure he will climb the ladder quickly in this very important trade. The unit they replaced was 24 years old, what a big difference with my new Lennox AC unit.

We have used Service Experts for more than ten years, and have been extremely satisfied with their attention and extraordinary responsiveness to emergencies. In our latest service call, Dennis did the usual fine maintenance job, explained some parts replacements we needed, and recounted our options very professionally. He and his company deserve very high praise.

Chris, technician , was very informative and shared pictures of what he checked in the attic. Paul, the salesman, asked good questions regarding our usage of different things and how they were working. Both employees had a long work history with the company. Excellent customer service. Erick was timely, knowledgeable and honest. An overall great technician. I didn’t feel pressured to look into the programs they offered when we found out what repairs were. Dennis was out here same day and provided great customer service. He was also honest and knowledgeable helping us understand our options. Highly recommended!

We signed up for the annual maintenance program and upon inspection of our A/C unit, there were several concerns affecting our air conditioner. Our system is over 10 years old and the warranty is expired, so it's a no-brainier to take advantage of Bob Brown's yearly maintenance program. Since it includes a twice a year inspection and discount on repairs, it has already paid for itself two fold. The service tech Kelvin did a magnificent job correcting the issues and we greatly appreciate his attention to detail. It would be great if we can get another 5-years, and having Bob Brown take care of our A/C needs may be just the ticket. Highly recommended.

My water heater finally died and Wayne was recommended to me. What a very good person to work with! He got me set up with a new unit and appointment same day. Ulysses was my installer. What a very nice person! So professional and cordial and my unit was up and running in no time. He certainly knows what he’s doing. I will gladly work with this company again. Thanx guys!
