I really appreciate all of the staff here, whether I come here to look at the stock, or to ask a question that I'm too embarrassed to call tech support for, they're always the most professional, and never attempt to take advantage of my ignorance, like other company salesmen have in the past. I've even left my device over several days, and they've kept it safe and intact upon my return.

What a great experience dealing with the folks at Boo Boo. Darrell is so professional and genuine with his customers it makes you feel like family as soon as you hit the door.

My phone was in need of emergency repairs thanks to Boo Boo Wireless repair my phone for $50 and the have more home supply to buy I got a candle for $10 smell wonderful

It was more than I could have expected! First if all the presence of two African American Kings were all ready a dynamic initiation for me. They are very professional, very knowledgeable, and very captivating as far as personality! The respect they surrendered me was exceptional and the humbleness they imbued the air with was very kind. I brought it my iPhone 7+ and my wife iPhone 8 at boo boo wireless to get repaired. 7+ wouldn't power on and my wife has cracked screen. I had gone to 2 other places to get mine fixed and they told me it was non fixable. Boo Boo wireless checked it and got it fixed for me. All this time I thought it was non fixable but boo boo wireless said otherwise. This guys are awesome and very knowledgeable. I got my wife phone fixed too and it was perfectly fine. On top of it their prices are very reasonable. Thank you guys for saving my phone because other places said my phone was done. DEF Recommend these guys.

I was stressing because I used a cheap charger to charge my iPhone the night before. The piece broke inside the charger. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with great Customer service. On top of that, my iPhone was fixed in less than 10 min. When I upgrade, i will definitely be back to purchase an iPhone and the accessories. Boo Boo Wireless is AWESOME!!!!!

This place is the best cell phone business in the VA. they saved me money and my phone when 10 other stores could not do the same! I called a few times but when I went in I INSTANTLY KNEW WHY THEY WERE BUSY! Because they were so helpful and patient with me NOW I KNOW WHY THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR 10 YEARS! I just want to say keep up the good work I will refer them to anybody! Try them out just be patient you will get your moneys worth!
