Pete and the Team of Bright Lights Electric NC LLC did an amazing job installing my level 2 Rivian charger and extending a generator linkup through my crawlspace out to my back yard. Pete did a great site survey to ensure we were both on the same page. He took the time to discuss options and provided his professional recommendations. We scheduled a date and time, I left the charger next to the install location, and by the end of the day I got exactly what I needed. I had been searching for the best price to have some essential work some to my home. My indoor panel was overloaded, we have had issues with lights going out, flickering, low power. I called Bright Lights I believe in December. I was planing to get this work done when we recieved taxes. Pete walked me through and took his time explaining things. He gave me a great estimate compared to all other competitors and was honest with me about the work. He said we can do steps to figure out what was going on with my home. The panel box was the first thing to improve from double wiring to overloaded Circuits if that doesnt help, we can go from there he said. My home has had junked up electrical going on since we bought it. I've had *others* come out and they charged so much and the work was not anything to write home about. Their quotes you can forget also, just to call they charge you. Pete came to see my needs were and things i could even do on my own to save some money. I enjoyed our conversations. Anyways months went by and I followed up with Pete when we finally were able to get the work done. With no hesitation I gave him a refresher on what we spoke about and he came right over to confirm. He's a very busy guy and managed to fit me in the very next week. His crew came in, on time as I was told around 9am and got to work right away. There was no BS in between like some of those other guys do. The job was quoted for 8 hrs and they got done much earlier. Pete and his team adjust according and are willing to work with you. I enjoyed my experience very much, the time and care put into the job was wonderful. The box looks great, they cleaned up well and moved things back. I will definitely be calling again for anything else electrical that they can handle. Fair pricing, willing to work with you, as a mom of 4 this job has been weighing on my families safety and to know that even if I didn't have the funds right away Pete would help and find a way to make it work. They previously installed a subpanel for me in my shop. They ran and buried the line, hooked everything up and wired my entire shop for me. Pricing was better than any other estimates I received and the service was quick and thorough! They also installed some exterior lights on my shop and even called to check back with me once it was dark to make sure the sensors were working as intended. They have been awesome from day one. I just had an RV outlet installed on my home this morning and they were super quick, very professional and left me with confidence that it was done right. I absolutely recommend them for your electrical needs!

Had a breaker that was constantly tripping with no idea what outlet could be causing it. Bright Lights came out and had it resolved in under two hours. Price was more than fair. They gained a customer for life, owner walked me through the issue and made sure everything was good to go. Couldn't recommend them enough.
