I have bought batteries here for more than a decade. My purchases are always online. This company has so many batteries, from the most common to harder to find sizes/specs. They ship quickly and the batteries are much cheaper than either Walmart or Costco. The batteries have worked well and lasted a reasonable amount of time when used. April, 2020 I am updating this review after a scandalous transaction. I ordered batteries and paid for them online. The batteries ordered were Energizer, we have all heard of that premium brand, right? Well, they sent me an email that they wanted to substitute the batteries that I ordered with another brand, Turn out it was groupon brand, who has ever heard of that brand? Like probably no one. I told them to credit my card, and all of the sudden the Energizers are in stock, they lied and said the batteries would ship out that day. There was no shipping notice, no tracking number, no answer at either of the phone numbers for this place. My credit card, however did answer the phone so I disputed the charge. Should not have to do this to get credit when the item is out of stock. Never Again!! The extra star is because sometimes it did work out.

Ordered four batteries April 20th for motorola minitor 1 pager. Update April 24th ordered shipped provided tracking number showed shipped from Easton, PA but delivered to there location in Brooklyn . Sent emails , phone calls nothing answered . Complaints currently filed with better business bureau and pay pal . Nothing but scammers do not deal with this place

Purchased two batteries, one was received damaged. Contacted Brooklyn Battery Works with issue. After one week I had not heard from company. When I contacted them I was asked to send a photo of damaged product for verification, which I did. Another week past so I had to contact the company again. I was put on hold for over a 1/2 an hour, in which I hung up and called the company again. This time I was instructed to return the product via USPS and wait for a return. I was told the company would send me their address info via my email address, but did not receive it so I Googled them and located the address myself. I am in the process of sending the damaged product back per my expense and will be contacting Walmart with whom out sourced this company regarding desire to purchase the batteries, with my complaint!

Received fewer batteries in the mail than what I paid for. False advertising is apparently rampant on the company website. The items pictured do not match the product title. When asked, the supervisor stated that item pictures are "just for show". When I asked to speak with a supervisor they had conveniently stepped out of the office. Specifically, the Sony CR2450 battery is advertised as a "2-pack" and pictured is a strip of 6 batteries. I thought I would get two strips of 6 batteries. No, they tear off two batteries and sell them like that. No product description available other than specs about the battery itself. I will not use this company again in the future. Since hanging up with customer service, the picture has changed (surprise surprise), but the company would not do anything for me. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Simply unbelievable! I ordered special Lithium batteries for a total of 700 USD. These batteries come in 2 versions high current or high capacity. Needless to say I got the wrong version. I wrote email after email without getting a response. Luckily I paid by Paypal and opened a claim. Well, no response at all after days! So I called them. No one knew about my case. I asked to return the batteries. They played extra stupid on the 2 different battery versions. The reason might be that the high current version I ordered is about $2/pcs more expensive than the other version. Well, I finally got a return label. This turned out to be cancelled by the time I tried to print it. Next day, next call... They finally realized that the Paypal transaction was disputed. They now provided the correct return label but declined to sent the correct batteries. What?! Now the batteries are shipped back but I still do not have my money back. I escalated with Paypal but it takes about 2 weeks to get / force my money back from them since no one responses to the Paypal questions. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH PEOPLE!!! On a side note, the batteries they sent me the date code was 3 years old. Think for yourself what you will get from them.

I wish I could give less than 1 star! I purchased a bulk package of 100 AA batteries. I received a box of loose batteries with no way to protect the batteries from corrosion (I live adjacent to Houston where it is incredibly humid and batteries sometimes corrode once out of the blister pack). I have purchased bulk batteries from another company and their batteries came in the blister packs. I went ahead and put 4 of the batteries in my digital camera....they lasted only 3 days, 2 of which the camera wasn't used and 1 where I took about 25 photos and uploaded them to my laptop, after that the camera completely died. Batteries usually last me a few weeks in my camera, even the cheaper brands....big red flag. Also, the batteries are suppose to have a batch number laser imprinted on the side of each battery but these batteries are completely blank where that number is suppose to go....even bigger red flag. I emailed the company asking about the batteries dying so quickly and the missing batch number plus I asked them why they sell counterfeit batteries. I received a response stating that the batteries are genuine. The offered no proof that they are not counterfeit. They said that they wanted to make sure I was a happy customer and asked what they could do for me so I asked them again why the batteries do not have the batch numbers on the batteries. I got no response. Of course they didn't respond because they know these are COUNTERFEIT batteries! In their one email they also stated that they are 'one of the largest Master Distributors for Duracell Products in North America' but when I looked up the list of distributors for Duracell their name is not listed...hmmmm. Buyer beware! Stay away from this company!
