We were initially concerned about potential leaks—there were none—and worried about dealing with the DOB, but everything went off without a hitch. This company really knows what they’re doing, and any hiccups are resolved quickly and professionally. The best part for me? You can’t even tell our house has solar panels from the street—it’s like an low-key leaf lover. Is good to have your questions ready before speaking to a rep. More importantly, they have a very friendly staff. Feel free to visit their office, which is really fun to visit. Communication was very thorough during the whole process of purchasing and installation. One slipup is the miscommunication that they had to change manufacturers of solar panels. I only wished they gave me time to consider other options. Nevertheless, the backup manufacturer had great panels. Installation day was simple, it was all done within a couple hours.

The install itself was swift and neat. Had a bit of a kerfuffle with the DOB inspection that was unrelated to the solar install but BSW resolved the issue.
