Kelly Bros. was sent to perform work through my home warranty company, and unfortunately I did not have the best experience. We were having an issue with the breaker that kept tripping no matter how many appliances were plugged in or unplugged from the load the break was carrying. The first technician came and just flipped the break back on and left. It took two weeks before we could get someone else back out to recheck the work, even after texting and calling multiple times. I finally had to go BACK through my home warranty company to put in another request. A second technician came and was quite helpful and ensured me that his findings would be reported back to my home warranty company to resolve the break issue. He told me that a copy of the report would be sent to the email on file, which never came (yes, I checked my SPAM folder). I even called Kelly Bros. to let them know the work had been completed and I needed a copy of their findings for our records. Mind you, this was a month ago, and I have yet to have heard from them. I will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future due to their poor customer service, and I will ensure that they are not a company used through my home warranty for electrical service.

Brothers Electric has put up our security cameras with wiring, put in outlets for easy access near our pool, and wired both of my children's homes for security. Recently, I had someone tell me that we would have to make several holes in the wall to mount a tv over our fireplace; Chuck came over, figured out the solution in no time, and made it happen with no extra holes. They are timely, efficient, and reasonable; in today's market/economy, this is hard to come by.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Got assigned to this company through American Home Shield and have definitely learned my lesson. They do not answer the phone (ever) and state they prefer to text, however they also don’t respond when you text them. The "electrician" assigned to come out and replace my breaker text me the weekend before for photos to ensure that he would have the part, then when he arrived (late), stated he didn’t have it and would need to "Google the problem" and figure out what to do. Come to find out, he’d only been on the job for one day. It’s been 3 weeks and my problem still isn’t fixed so I hired a real electrician to come and the job was completed in under 25 minutes. Customer service and work quality are of serious concern. Think twice before calling and that’s if you can get anything other than voicemail!

If you value honesty and integrity, this is the electrician for you. After my home warranty denied my claim, their electrician price gouged my out of pocket quote for replacing a wire in the wall to my stove. Brothers Electric quoted me half that price and when they went to complete the repair they were able to locate the wire and reconnect it. They saved me even more money and I’m so grateful to have found this company. They have earned my trust after a very stressful situation with deceptive companies. I will use them for all my household electrical needs.

I was in need of upgrading my panel and Brothers Electric assessed and provided a quote that was reasonable. They removed the old panel and upgraded only what needed to be upgraded, not the "whole system", which would have cost much more. The owners remained in contact with me before sending the team. The team arrived timely and were efficient and friendly. I will be using them for all my electrical needs in the future. Great job! Awesome work!

Rene was recommended by my handyman to fix the huge electrical problem of my house. At first I went to hire a big name electrical company and I was quoted humongous amount advising to replace all inside the panels I have in my house. My handyman advised me to let Rene look into it for second opinion. Rene came very professional and went straight to the problem and worked on it. I even asked if I have to replace the circuit breakers that I was previously quoted, he said that it is still working fine and I don’t have to spend more money for replacing it. The following day his crew has to finish up the outside panel and did some replacements also. They were very polite as well and very punctual on their commitment and finished the job in less than an hour. To top it off I was only charged a penny compared to the quote of the previous company I hire. Please consider my honest review if you have electrical problems like mine. Shout out to Rene Carreno the president of Brothers electric Inc and his crews, highly recommended!!!
