Just finished the delivery here. Great place to deliver to guys are nice and chill. It might look like it's tight on camera but there's actually plenty of space and you just hug the left side as you come in and when you straighten out you'll be perfectly aligned to back into the dock. I wasn't even there a half hour. FYI I had a 6850 address. There is a sign saying it's the address you're delivering to is between 6800 and 6830 then it's a different entrance.

Big shout out to the service team at BPS, Columbus (Blacklick). Yesterday I took my snow blower in for seasonal maintenance and some minor adjustments. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and efficient. My expectations were exceeded in that it was done the same day! I recommend this place for anyone needing service for their yard machines. Thanks all for a great experience.

I placed my order : 14 days no update from folks on the shop and I had to follow up thrice and still order is went to back order. I had to travel in person to shop and get the status. Hope to improve customer service! Service department : gave the mower 14 days back. Same here : I need to follow up every now and then asking what the status of mower. I went in person for the same again to get an answer. When I visited in person, they were nice answering all the questions , they outlined the reason for delay , they explained about delay with service due to parts unavailability for several days. Hope they provide better customer updates for delay with services or order in takes! Edit : post this review - the manager immediately contacted me and resolved the service delay quickly and gave my lawn mower the next day itself. Love that prompt customer service to improve immediately based on Google Reviews. Parts ordered was back order still. I’m happy overall with callback to resolve lawn mower service issue at the least immediately. Thank you team!

I had my Stihl in for service 6 weeks ago. They discovered bad fuel and replaced the spark plug. Used it twice and it would not start. Took it back in and Vince E was the rep. He took my information. Called me back within 2 hours, having running. It was flooded and needed to be cleaned out. No charge. Excellent service. Took care of me right away because I had just had it serviced there. Vince E is the best and truly represents the excellent customer service I have always received at Buckeye Power Sales.

After 20 years of dealing with buckeye power sales I will be ending my business relationship with them took my plow in on 1/20 fixed the brain on it on 1/24 on 2/1 1 week after getting it back the plow caught fire took it in on 2/4 and was told on 2/6 by Ryan the operation manager that they are denying accountability as well as snoway is denying any accountability on this matter as well saying neither is in the wrong on top of expecting me to still pay the $623 for the original repairs this is totally wrong on their ends and need to do something to make it right! Especially after so many years of doing business with them.

Very good place to get parts for your lawn equipment. If they don't have the part they will order it and it usually arrives in a couple of days. Highly recommend!

Chris Ferguson has been absolutely awesome to work with. I bought an Exmark zero-turn through BPS, and from start to finish, Chris made the whole process smooth and easy. You can tell he really cares about what he does—he pays attention to all the little details during the sale and somehow goes even further with his customer service after the fact. Even though there’s a well-known Exmark dealer just a few miles from my house, I’d still rather take my business to Chris at BPS. That says a lot. It’s rare to find someone who treats you like more than just a sale—he actually cares and stands behind what he sells. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.
