The owner Chris’ son Derrick came out. He simply shut the door to the heating in the utility room and the heat came on! He checked everything out while he was at it and said the system was good. I expected to pay a lot as it was an after hours visit. He didn’t charge me. I had to pick my jaw up off of the floor. I was touched by the kindness and by the excellent service! I cannot recommend this company enough! They are kind, knowledgeable and responsive! I am very grateful!

Derrick is awesome and super helpful! My wife and I had some furnace issues and with us being new homeowners we didn’t know much about what was going on. Derrick thoroughly explained everything to us, got the parts ordered, and had our furnace running better than before within 24 hours! Highly recommended!!
