I was given there phone number to call for the issue on my inverter for Solaredge. They were several hours late for the first appointment to check out what was wrong with solaredge inverter. They ordered the inverter which came. I was told they were only going to charge milage but I was charged 650.00 . They said I pay them and then I was told Solaredge will reimburse me. I finally got hold of Solaredge who does not do reimbursement. I requested an invoice which they said they will send a invoice month ago. Its not working right and I either get no response or I will call you later but there was no phone call. I now have to go through another company to get my solar system fixed. This started in July and now its the end of September.
In March 2023, Burke Electric installed 43 panels to my existing system. Their installers were professional and followed through with making sure everything was completed from start to finish. Our system has been on for almost a year now and we have a significant credit on our Edison bill. Thank you Burke Electric for your professionalism!
My experience has been poor with Burke Electric. I have been in contact with them for over a month and a half now and have been promised a quote around three times. Sadly, my request was for a quote to temporarily remove and reinstall solar panels that this company installed a few years back. I understand that people are busy, but at least follow through with the quotes that were promised. Or at least take the time to tell customers that you are behind schedule. A simple update will do....
Burke Electric initially installed my new meter and did the electric work when I had my solar installed and did a phenomenal job, currently I had an issue with my solar not working and my solar company was no helping with getting it turned so i reached out to burke electric and they had a rep come over within the hour and he spent the time to talk with my solar company and was able to get my solar turned back on. I am so grateful to them Thank you for being there for me and helping me solve my problem. if you need electrical work I definitely recommend Burke electric.
Abandoned job, hires unlicensed/uncertified workers, 3 missed inspections, does not return calls
Burke did a fantastic job on my home and now I am saving money with my beautiful solar system!!!
