I used their services in the past for an issue regarding an apartment issue which was completed swiftly & throughly. I had sought assistance for another issue by using the online form over 3 weeks ago and had an appointment set up at 1:30 today. We called prior to our appointment and the intern stated she had not put us on the calendar when it was confirmed over the phone and also confirmed over email. Her response was she was overwhelmed and that she doesn’t know how (not my words but the interns words no joke). The remedy that was offered was for her to set up an appointment this coming Monday August 18, 2025. If you couldn’t set up the prior appointment, for an appointment scheduled for today (Thursday) for this coming Monday today how could I possibly believe a subsequent one for a future date would be scheduled properly. It's as if the intern is stuck in an infinite time loop on planet X. This review isn’t based on Laurens work, but the 3 week failed process.

My experience with Cadilac Law was great, she was responsive, listened to my challenging situation & was able to assist me with no hesitation. We were able to achieve the desired outcome of my real estate issue. She’s direct & knowledgeable. I’m truly grateful for her help & I’d definitely use her services again in the future.

BEWARE OF CADILLAC LAW **EDIT: On the response to the Google review, Cadillac Law stated that their team made multiple attempts to reach out and provide updates, but I can assure you that I have not received an email, call, or text since this has become an issue. During the process of engaging them, the team reached out to get photos, which I replied to. In fact, I have called them at least six (6) times over the past two (2) months to reach a resolution, and I've only received the information I shared in my first post. I can assure you that I have not had any communications. Just this morning, I sent an email to Cadillac Law, and they did not respond still. Yet, they replied here on Google. Since this seems to be their preferred method of communication, I suppose we can add it all here. Also, I talked to the county before reaching back out a couple of months ago to Cadillac Law. They let me know that they haven't heard of anyone's taxes not being lowered during a protest. Even if it was only a little bit. However, our taxes did not budge one cent, even. This tells me that Cadillac Law did not do their due diligence, or their job for that matter. Our mortgage has increased over $300 due to this poor business. As for contacting your office, I have made several attempts (I have receipts of calls, emails and texts), which I'm happy to provide. At this point, I think I'm owed several calls and emails back, but still don't have them. Please call me to discuss this, unless you'd prefer to keep this here. Beware of this law firm! My husband and I hired Cadillac Law to handle our property tax protest with Dallas County, and it has been an absolute nightmare. We provided all necessary evidence to support our case, yet no action was taken on our behalf. When we reviewed our tax bill, we discovered that no adjustments had been made—meaning the firm either failed to do their job or completely dropped the ball. Since then, we have made numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, only to be met with silence. On the rare occasion we did get a response, we were told by a team member that our file had no results and that something seemed off. He promised to investigate and call us back, but that call never came. Despite more calls, emails, and messages left with their receptionist, we have been ignored for weeks. Not only did Cadillac Law fail to deliver on their service, but they also refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. If you're considering hiring them, think twice! Their lack of accountability and communication is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a firm that will actually stand by their clients.

We have used Cadilac Law Office for several family issues. The most recently was probate for my mother's estate and the sale of her house. These both occurred over the past 8 months. Atty Lauren Cadilac personally handled both issues for us. They were completed perfectly and timely. Her ability to explain related issues was outstanding. She kept us totally informed throughout the process and made our role simple and understandable. Personal meetings with her were informative, pleasant and productive.

I had a consultaion with the law firm today 10/29/2024. The call was set for 10am. She was 10 mins to 15 mins late and called around 10:10am.-10:15.am. I tried to explained that I was at work and that I could still talk to her. I asked her if she had a chance to look over the documents that were sent over to her during the appointment setting period. She said "No" and that I need to be sitting down somewhere with a pen and paper ready to take notes and a list of questions to ask her. Her tone was very unprofessional and disrespectful at best. What I was expecting from her was to have looked over the documents and explain what the meant and what my options were at that point. She charged me $100.00 consult fee just to lecture me about how unprepared she thought I was for the consult. We went back and forth about who was professional and who was not being a professional for 5 mins or so. Then she hung up in my face. My sister had dealt with this Law Firm a few years ago and I 'm sure she had a much better experience than I had today however I gave my sister a call and explained what had just happened to me. She was very hurt to hear such a thing. She said that she will never use this Law Firm again and would not recommend them to anyone in the future. P.S. I did request a full refund from the attorney before the she hung up on me . Will I get from her. I doubt it ..

Lauren knows the law inside and out. Was a big help getting through issues that came up. Would highly recommend her.
