most UNRELIABLE business I have ever dealt with. Didn’t show up five days in a row after confirming with me each day over the phone that they were coming. Left my tenants hanging for HOURS everyday during the work week waiting at home for no one to show up day after day without even a courtesy call to say they weren’t coming. The poorest communication and hospitality I have encountered in years.

I' had some major sewer line issues when we notice that our toilets were backing up. We decided to call cal coast plumbing to see how they could assist us. The technician Harry was able to come to our home and run a camera. It was determined that we had tree roots that have broken through our clay piping and we needed to replace it with new ABS piping our plumber was able to come out within one day and do a new sewer line replacement for us. Now that they have done this we haven't had any issues and we're very happy with the overall process

Cal Coast Plumbing saved us from an incomplete job done by another plumber. Unfortunately I did not receive a refund or partial refund from the previous plumber, however I am glad to have found Cal Coast Plumbing. They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave a big discount because of us having been ripped off by the previous plumbers. They worked quickly and used high quality materials. They have equipment not all plumbers have so they can do jobs efficiently and for less cost. They even give a warranty unless we have any problems during that time. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience. Quick and professional. The plumbers were nice and neat. There weren’t any water leaks in my bathroom like the previous contractor I used. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing needs. Their quote was within my budget unlike some of their competitors in the area. I’m definitely calling back in the future. I am new to the home owning game and i was in deep need of a Plumber. After looking around and having bad experiences, they honestly are a life saver. I quickly was able to make a meeting wit Frank to look at our water heater unit. Frank then showed us that we only needed a repair NOT a full installation and many other plumbing companies were trying to convince me i needed a full installation... This is such an honest and reliable company. He even did our sewer line camera inspection for free! He was on time and very punctual. He even called us back within a week to make sure everything was going well. Living in the SF valley was very different for me and i was quite scared but now i feel more comfortable and safe in my home thanks guys

We called late at night on Tuesday after we had a plumbing issue. We spoke with Jake from The company and he was able to get us a plumber out that very same night to assist us with our issues. The plumber came out to our house and was able to fix the issue fast and quick. Overall we are super glad they came out that same night as we had an emergency situation and they were indeed very helpful. We have our new go to plumbers if we ever need a 24 hour plumber again

Best experience ever! Yesterday I put something down the garbage disposal that I shouldn't have. Of course the whole sink backed up. We called Cal Coast Plumbing and they scheduled us right away for an appointment today. Ervin showed up to our house on time (in the 1 hour appointment window) and finished the job quickly! He explained everything very thoroughly so I knew what happened and what service he performed. Sink is working like new! If only every service company was as reliable and efficient as Cal Coast Plumbing. Thank you guys SO much!! IF YOU NEED A PLUMBER... DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE. THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE BEST!
