We bought our first camper here and had an amazing experience. Carl is the guy to go to. He was patient and actually listened and cared about our wants and needs. He didn’t push anything on us. If there was an issue-he got it fixed for us. Everyone that we have come in contact with there were amazing and helpful. Thank you camping world and Carl for helping us create memories! The martins

We dropped our camper off at Camping World with the intention to consign it for sale. Unfortunately, there was an issue that needs to be addressed before it can be sold. The sales manager, Billy, was friendly and helpful through the initial process. Unfortunately, after picking up the camper, we discovered that someone had decided to remove a light switch from the back room. When asked why they did this, I was initially told it had been parked outside the gates (this also doesn’t make me feel great) and maybe someone had gotten into it. Here’s the thing, the switch was removed and the wiring was rerouted to a different switch. I don’t find it probable that a thief would break in to steal a switch and then take the time to reroute wires. After more questioning I was told I could bring the camper back and they would fix it but, it’s a 43’ camper and we live an hour away. $60 round trip, plus the time, for a simple switch is ridiculous. I told them they could just mail me a switch and I’ll put it back on myself. After more talk with the sales manager, I was told the service manager, Rick, would reach out about the situation. I didn’t hear anything for a couple of days so I called and had to leave Rick a message, in which I told him the same thing about just mailing a switch and being done with it. No response. I reached out to the sales manager a couple more times over the following week and was told the same thing, "I’ll reach out to Rick again and have him give you a shout." It never happened. I even told the sales manager I would just leave a review, if service just wants to keep ignoring the situation, and explain the whole situation. The only real response I got from the sales manager after that was "I’m sorry. I have no clue how or why any of it happened in the first place." So here we are. It’s probably less than $10 to fix, and I offered to do it myself if they just sent the part. Instead I’m leaving a review about how a nationwide company decided it was ok to remove parts (steal?) from an individual’s property. The attached pictures show the before and after.

I went to Camping World to get some prices. A nice young Man named Brendon walked up and we started talking. I knew it would be a hard sale. Brendon took my info and went to work. They had received a trade in earlier that morning. One time deal. And I happened to be there. These guys are So Awesome. So they hooked me up w/ a 28 ft 5th wheel. Was a trade in but in perfect condition. Half price, half down payment, and delivery to site. For me, this don't happen. But that day, everything fell into place. NO hassle, No pressure. It happened so Easy I didn't realize it happened till half way home. Camping World was Excellent, and I will recommend Highly... Thank You Camping World.

Shelby truly went above and beyond! She came in on her day off just to help us see a camper, which already says so much about her dedication and customer service. Even though we ended up getting denied, she still treated us with so much care, respect, and patience throughout the whole process and we decided to buy something in cash, she was still on the hunt for us to find something reliable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and loves what she does. If I could rate her higher than a 5, I absolutely would! Thank you, Shelby, for going the extra mile for us.

We went for the Camping Expo event to look and some of the used models that I had researched online. We were fortunate to meet Joey Cutrer on the lot. He took us to the models we were interested in as well as some new models that were similar. Joey listened to us and made suggestions without trying to pressure us. He was very knowledgeable on the wide variety of units we looked at and if there was something he was not sure about, he got the answer right away. Once we decided on the model, we met Robbie Andrews to go over the financing and and options available. Again, he was knowledgeable and professional. We got exactly what we needed for our camper. Before we left we met Melissa and got the accessories we purchased as well as the door prized we won. We left feeling great about the purchase. I recommend going to see these folks.

Drove 4 hours to pick up our camper just to have the underpinning fall out and the whole bottom of the camper was dripping wet from where they "washed it". They told us warranty would handle it. The camper is two weeks old and we are still waiting for it to be fixed, even went to a closer Camping World dealership. How can you charge $1000 for a camp ready package and not fill the propane or do a quality control inspection?? Very frustrating and dissatisfied overall. Honestly, I wish I could give them ZERO STARS!!

I purchased a camper for salesman, Eddie Gillette, and he was a incredible young man! He answered all of my questions and when I have been back to Camping World for service he always comes out to greet me and see if I need anything. I would recommend him to anyone looking for honest answers to your questions as you shop. I am enjoying my camper so much!! Thanks Eddie!
