Camping World RV Sales

We had a very pleasant experience at Camping World OKC east Fermin and his manager are awesome. I commend them for their great customer service. The finanance departemt manager howrver., was a complete disaster. Paula was ude and no personality at all. I will never ever revommend her to any of my friends. She lacks the business ethics and does mot explain her business well to her customers.

Has my Rv repaired at this Camping World. The customer service threw out the store was the way it was in the olden days, they were very polite and courteous. There was only one service righter there and he was running around like a wild person helping everyone. I would recommend this place to everyone. I am very pleased. Thank you.

I’ve dealt with many Camping World service departments due to the many and I mean many problems we’ve encountered after purchasing our Thor Hurricane RV from Camping World Ashland, VA; however, the service we received from Bryan Brunkhurst today in Oklahoma City, OK deserves rave review! I contacted Bryan on Saturday, almost closing time and he tried to assist us from the moment, we contacted him. He knew we were traveling cross country, so he went ahead and scheduled us for an early Monday morning appt, to correct the issue. Bryan was caring, sincere, professional, and he put our worries on ease. Bryan, thank you thank you thank you. I sure wish other Camping World employees cared the way you did!

Went to this location today, expecting to see some RVs and ask some questions. We've been looking online at some of the starter trailers, since we are just getting into camping with RVs. Went on property and saw one of the Coleman's parked up front. This was the exact model we'd been looking at for our needs. We walked through it and upon exit was told by some lady that worked there. These are already sold "by the way." I said sorry we didn't know and asked about the others parked on the other side. She said they were for sale but if they are locked a salesman would have to help us. 20 minutes later after peeking in windows, we received no help. I understand we could have walked into the store and asked for a babysitter but shouldn't someone have been on the lot? I guess our camping adventure will start elsewhere. Also other customer friendly phrases could have been.... I'm sorry guys but these RVs are already sold. Is there another one I can help get you started looking at? Steven Ward was our salesman at CampingWorld east of Oklahoma city. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us some different travel trailer. We found one that was a perfect fit for us. After a little haggling, we agreed on a price, signed some papers, ate some hot dogs, hooked up the travel trailer, and went home. From start to finish, the process was easy. Steven introduced us to the parts counter person, Autumn. She was very helpful and professional. Jordan was our make ready tech who walked us around the camper and showed us everything about it. Very nice guy, very professional as well. We will also use their parts department for supplies and accessories because most of the pricing was extremely competitive with Amazon. Plus we can just drop by there to pick it up. Great experience, great people.

My husband and I bought our 5th wheel here. Great experience up until we got to finance. I told them our top dollar on payments but they still kept trying to raise our payments. Other than that our sales rep was amazing. He really did his research for us!

A nightmare…When they say everything works, Then you expect it to work the first time no matter when you turn it on…..a day or two months later, right? We bought this in January and certainly wouldn’t use the AC then but we turned it on in Jan. It didn’t work. And so they don’t wanna stand behind their word…. and guess what they can’t produce the PDI to prove that it worked we bought a Good Sam’s Extended warranty n they ain’t cheep. But-the warranty company says if didn’t work in the first place it’s not their responsibility. No, they did do a walk around and through the trailer when we bought it, but they didn’t turn everything on. It was cold and rainy. We videotaped a lot of it to make sure we knew how certain things worked, but we certainly don’t have anything on the AC because it was 20°+ outside and they never turned it on.. My daughter who is handling it has far more Patience than I do.I just say let’s take him to small claims court. Has anybody else had problems with their service department?
