We had a problem with our generator one afternoon. Cannondale sent someone out the next morning who diagnosed the issue and repaired it promptly. The service technician was very friendly and courteous. I have been using Cannondale for several years and am totally satisfied.

My wife and I bought our first home and it has well and septic. When we loose power we can't use our water. We also have a baby on the way so we decided to get a dedicated generac generator through Cannondale Generators. Tony the sales rep came over and helped us get a location approved by the town. He made sure we got the right generator for our home and that it would power everything should the power go out. The two workers who came out to deliver and trench are so good at what they do. The hand trenched and it came out so well that other companies involved were impressed. Their electricians were great too. After a bit of back and forth with the town and gas company we were finally ready to start up the generator. I contacted Elie, who was so helpful during the entire process, to scheduled the start up date. The tech who came out was awesome and took me through everything I needed to know as a home owner with a dedicated generator. Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with everyone there and my wife and I are very happy with the generator and how it turned out. I highly recommend Cannondale Generators and giving them five out of five stars.

We moved in and the house came with a generator. Cannondale came in, and it works like a charm. Joe made it look brand new. Replace battery and some parts. Price seems fare. Very satisfied with professionalism.

Cannondale provided great service on our annual maintenance visit. The technician was quick and left the area neat. He told me what service he performed and I'm confident that we will be ready for the next power outage. I appreciate that the main office provides good communication in advance of service visits.

Cannondale installed our generator over ten years ago. They did an excellent job, it has never failed and their maintenance of our generator is first rate. I can’t recommend them strongly enough

They do a decent job maintaining my generator. What upsets me most is a $5.95 charge to drive the van to my house. It’s called a sur flat mileage Surcharge. The fees are high enough. Every service company has vehicles and that performance is already calculated in overhead and costs. I thinks it’s very unfair to charge a fee to drive locally miscellaneous supplies are also indicated on the bill as well as ant bait. Miscellaneous supplies are What ? Identify them I don’t appreciate mystery fees. Read your bill carefully. Thank you. Richard Fogel
