Working with Carbon Recall Chattanooga was such a pleasant experience. The customer service was amazing, very professional, and great to work with. The system is easy to understand and already saving me money.
It would have been great to find Josh and Carbon Recall a couple of years earlier. Our situation when we called them was very atypical. We already had 50 panels installed, grid-tied, and working great. Our original installer though never could take the next steps we had planned from the beginning. We are retired and fearful of outages that in our tiny area can and have gone on for days too often. Seems we are a group of just seven houses wired together and EPB always triages to restore the greatest number of customers per hour. Bad luck for us. Anyway we wanted battery backup and a generator so we could have power 24/7 in all but catastrophic damage to our setup. Unlike most companies Carbon Recall was happy to take us on and once the job was started stayed at work until the job was done except for a couple of interruptions out of their control where parts were misshipped or otherwise delayed. A bonus was that they were always wonderfully pleasant to work with and excellent at keeping us informed.
I can’t say enough good things about Carbon Recall, Josh and his team. He is professional and delivers on promises. Our solar system works great ! We love it.

Carbon recall is incredible. I and my family of nine (7 kids) have lived Offgrid for many years both in sale creek, TN and in Indonesia as well. We have wired our own systems and understand solar and we can easily say that Josh and his team with carbon recall went well above and beyond what we expected. They were very knowledgeable, polite, professional, patiently listened to our expectations and did an incredible job with our install. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering going solar. Good job Josh and carbon recall!
