Angelo installed our new Zip Hydrotap G5 and we couldn’t be happier. The system is pretty new to market so it was the first one he’d done. Possibly the first one Cardinal has done. He took his time to fully understand the complex setup to ensure everything was done exactly right. Once installed he tested everything he then walked me through how to use it and do maintenance going forward. There were a few challenges due to the tight space it was going into, but he took the time to walk me through options to ensure we were aligned with his recommendations. Amazing work! Stephen is great! Very experienced kind and helpful. This was an estimate we are still considering but are very happy with so far. Our lead technician, Tyler, asked the right questions and made solid suggestions. He is also a talent to keep. I’m very glad he did our assessment. On the day of installation, Joaquin was the first to arrive and very kind and respectful. Roberto is also kind and super professional. They are both talented plumbing installers who consistently made great decisions during the project. We received a new pressure reducing valve, tankless water heater, and laundry pro system in less than one day. Perfect team, perfect project. Thank you my wife now has hot water on the main floor and in the upstairs bathroom. After 7 years of misery and inconsistency with water pressure and temperature, this is the wisest investment we’ve made. Looking forward to meeting tomorrow’s HVAC installers from Cardinal. Josh and Cruz did our HVAC replacement today and got everything working perfectly. They are a great team. Knowledgeable and responsive. They listened to me and I listened to them. I really think they are top quality and a big part of what makes Cardinal my go to company for any future needs.

Came home from a 10 day vacation to be greeted by a hole in my kitchen ceiling with water dripping on the floor from the pipes supplying water to my upstairs. Called Cardinal Plumbing and got a same day appointment with a window for arrival. Cardinal plumbing is very communicative , sending several texts to confirm arrival window was still good. Willie and Gabriel arrived on time, were professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a relatively simple issue with a leaky toilet line (no major plumbing issue). Repairs made in less than an hour and couldn’t be more happy with Willie and Gabriel; great team and fantastic service!

Leaving a review because it is so well deserved: Woke up very early to no hot water and investigated to discover a leaking hot water heater. Called Cardinal bc I saw the great reviews and that they were local, and was pleasantly surprised when someone was able to come out within an hour or so. Stephen inspected the appliance and communicated clearly and professionally what I needed to do and what my options were. After choosing my replacement and some other extras that were needed to get me up to code, I was again very happy to learn that they could do the work the same day. By noon, I received a call and some follow up text messages that Vlad and Joshua would be coming to do the installation work. Both worked extremely hard and efficiently and were great communicating to me what was being done and how long it would take. Mind you I am working from home with calls and distractions galore, but they were professional and focused the whole time. My home is pretty old and so before finishing, Joshua advised that there were some connections that he just didn’t feel comfortable leaving the way that they were and went to gather more parts to update these points. He and Vlad cared so much about the work being done properly and thoroughly to the point of taking that extra time and those extra steps-this completely blew me away! As a homeowner, these types of incidents are typically pretty stressful but the team at Cardinal was just amazing and made this a positive experience in all the ways- highly recommend them!!
