They were able to come out the same day, diagnose the issue quickly, and had it fully resolved in under an hour. The price was very affordable, much less than we expected, and the service was professional, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. Highly recommend them for fast, reliable HVAC help!

I called Central Arkansas Service Company on a Friday afternoon after realizing my AC unit wasn’t cooling properly. They were incredibly responsive and had Auston Lewis at my home that same day! Auston quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. After addressing the initial problem, he let me know the unit also needed additional Freon and a thorough cleaning. Before moving forward, he got approval for the additional cost, which I really appreciated. Auston was friendly, professional, efficient, and clearly an expert in his field. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable with each step before proceeding.
