Very knowledgeable. Been in the business forever. They really know their stuff. Small business with a solid crew. The shortest tenure is 8 years, but many have been there for around 30 years! I would highly recommend!!
I've had an account with Certified for well over a year. The service is fairly slow. Some of the staff need some brushing up on costomer service. Most of the material is cheeply made. Prices are just as high if not higher than homedepot. I go here as a last resort.
