We recently used Champion Movers to move our belongings from storage in Las Vegas to Tennessee. The drivers in the field were absolutely amazing - Alejandro went above and beyond during pick up, and handled everything with care. The driver delivering our load (didn’t get his name) was extremely communicative, which we appreciated very much. Their professionalism is the only reason we’d ever consider using Champion Movers again. The office side of the experience was much less smooth. The initial booking with Trish was great; she was very helpful and communicative. But once the move was booked, we found ourselves having to repeatedly call the office to get paperwork updated and to confirm pickup timing. Communication was inconsistent, and we received different information from different staff members than what the drivers were telling us. Given the price of the service, we had hoped for a more seamless process overall. Their drivers in the field are excellent, but the office communication definitely needs improvement.

Champion Moving Co in Las Vegas was top notch from the beginning to the end. I’m in KC and had to coordinate a move from Las Vegas to KC. I worked with Heather at the Las Vegas office for every part of of the planning. She knew all the details to ask me to make sure moving day went smoothly and it did. They worked with us when we had to change moving day because family was in the hospital. Luis, Shawn, and Angel cameto the house to pack and load the truck. They were on time, courteous, careful while packing, and super fast. Even though they had to use the elevator to get from the truck to the 5th floor, they knocked it out in about 2 hours. The truck arrived at our house in KC. Elad drove our belongings cross country. He gave us plenty of notice about his estimated arrival time. Bobby met him here and the 2 of them got to work. Boxes were labeled and we knew where we wanted the furniture placed. They were fast and SO polite and cautious with the boxes. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Hands down, 5 star rating from the first phone call until the truck pulled away from our house. No surprise charges, everything was done professionally. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with.

I strongly recommend against using this company. I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Champion Movers during my recent move from Las Vegas to Houston. A representative came to my home in person, saw and documented everything that I was moving and gave me what they claimed was an exact estimate based on everything I was moving. However, on the actual day of pickup, they suddenly charged me $700 more than the original quote — despite nothing changing. As a matter of fact, I actually had sold a couple pieces of furniture between the time of the estimate and the time that they picked up my stuff. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and by that point, I didn’t have much choice but to go along with it. Two weeks later, my items finally arrived in Houston, not with Champion Movers, but with a completely different company name on the side of the truck. The driver told me his partner had bailed and that he’d be moving everything alone. I felt bad, so I ended up helping him unload all of my furniture, put it in the correct rooms, unpack items they had packed, clean up, and return their moving blankets. Keep in mind: I paid over $3,000 for a full-service move. Once my items were in the house, it was obvious that my belongings had been mishandled and poorly cared for. Several items — including my trashcan, dresser, coffee table, and TV stand — arrived completely broken and unusable. When I contacted the company, they of course told me they aren’t going to pay me or reimburse anything for all of the damages even though I paid for the room that the furniture took up on the truck to bring here and I am going to have to replace all of the items with my own money. Had I known half my furniture wasn’t even going to be usable upon arrival I would have just sold it and gotten money for it in Las Vegas and paid less for having a smaller move. Champion Movers was disorganized and completely failed to deliver the service I paid for. I strongly do not recommend using them for any move, especially long-distance. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the damage — hire someone else.

We had the best experience with champion movers today! We had a 3 man crew come move us from a 3 bedroom townhouse to a 4 bedroom house. They were so fast (done in 3.5 hours including drive time), kind, professional, and very careful with our belongings. They are leagues above other movers I have used previously in town and I would recommend them to anyone!

We used Champion moving services on 4/29. Lead mover's name was Kyle. His mannerisms and body language suggested current or past addictions. Upon arrival I noticed the truck did not have a lift-gate which I was ensured would be reserved when the move was booked. They had to bring out a smaller truck with a lift to move my commercial exercise treadmill and elliptical. Once the moves arrived at the new house, I noticed all of them frantically trying to repair and conceal damage sustained to the elliptical during transit. Kyle even tried to suggest the damage was somehow preexisting, but once I hoped on the truck for a closer examination and was able to see the extent of the damage, he quickly changed his tune and admitted it was their fault. Not only was the casing covering the pully broken but the rear pully was also damaged causing the machine to make a loud noise when I test rode it afterwards. I was instructed to submit a claim and promptly did so thereafter. I couple of days later I noticed that my Dewalt portable power drill, which was lying in the open throughout the move had gone missing. I was not able to include this in the claim because I wanted to go through every box to make sure it was actually missing, which took almost a week. After the move, Kurt kept pressuring us to leave a Google review while they were still in my house, but I told them that I would not be able to accommodate their request at that time. Frustrated that he did not get a tip or a review, he gathered his things and his team left like entitled children. I am still waiting for the results of my claim to see if they will also try to scam me and not pay the fair market value of my commercial elliptical. They have 120 days to decide my claim and I am sure they will use 119 of those days. If they refuse to compensate me for the FMV of my commercial elliptical, I will go on a campaign leaving reviews on all social media platforms including the BBB to let people know how I was treated. My advice to future customers, make sure that you specify what type of truck is required for the move and verify it a couple of days prior. Also secure ALL LOOSE valuables during the move because Champion employees have sticky fingers, especially with power drills. And don't succumb to the pressure of leaving a review while they are still in your house. Instead, wait until you've had the chance to fully unpack and inventory all your belongings to ensure whether or not anything is missing.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They will OVERCHARGE, UNDERWORK and BREAK YOUR ITEMS !!! First and foremost, they asked me if I needed any more help and I said yes, please the small things. They didn't even grab any of the small things and they overcharged me another hour. They didn't help me. Then they left a bunch of boxes in my garage and a mirror that was faced another way, which I didn't even notice till later. I instructed them to put which boxes in which room they did some of that, but some of that they just piled up in the garage very unprofessionally. I did not find the mirror until later because again it was stuffed behind a bunch of boxes and it was Face the other way. I called the manager. She had a huge attitude with me. Not once did she apologize, she acted like I'm the problem. She was very rude. I said well you said you're insured where is the money and she's like we can only do it within seven days. I paid FOR INSURANCE WITH THEM so makes no sense? I explained to her how it was stuffed behind a bunch of things in my garage how they left things and she still did not care. They are cheap, but beware weary it's for a reason!! Even if she could've refunded me half of them near Price that would've been nice but she wouldn't even do a third of the price and it was $300. I paid over $700 moving with them, and again got ripped off because they charged me next hour and didn't even move half of the small stuff. I had to get a friend to help me with the truck. Super unprofessional stay away!
