Chaparral Motorsports

I went down to Chaparral to get a new motorcycle after my car was totaled earlier this month. I originally spoke to Tony in the showroom when I went to window shop and get an idea of which of the cruisers I'd like more before I was ready to buy. Tony was an amazing help in assisting me on which motorcycle would best fit my needs. On my second visit I was ready to buy and was assisted by Christina in purchasing my new 2025 Kawasaki Vulcan S. Christina made the entire experience through all the paper work enjoyable and was able to help me get the deal I was looking for. While the bike was being prepped I went to the apparel section and was assisted by Rebecca in finding the right gear for me. Rebecca was able to help me find some amazing priced gear that didn't break my budget and managed to fit me well. She helped me buy a new jacket, gloves, and even helped me upgrade the existing back plate in my jacket with one of higher protecting ratings. Rebecca also advised me of an upcoming parking lot sale Chaparral is hosting and I look forward to seeing the sales! Once the bike was finished I went to collect it from the pick up location on the side of the building. Jacob brought my bike out shortly after I pressed the buzzer and gave me a great run down of my new bike and was able to answer all the random (and probably stupid) questions I had. I chose to come to Chaparral because it's where my father would bring me when I was a kid for our offroad toys. After getting to experience buying at Chaparral for myself, I plan on making my next motorcycle or offroad vehicle purchase here. I showed up around 1pm and was on the road at 4pm. Impeccable service from people who seem to absolutely love their jobs. Thank you.

Cristian was amazing! He was super helpful and patient while helping my wife and me pick out helmets. Always had a great attitude and a smile, and even got us to sign up for a membership in a way that never felt pushy. Employees like him really make the company. You’ve got a great one on your team—I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

Went here to try on boots so I knew which I liked better.... Dude at in the boot section couldn't have been more helpful. Picked up some klotz synthetic chain lube, some grips and checked out their show room. Bunch of cool stuff I couldn't afford but it's cool to see that stuff in person. Cool place

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience Thanks to Katy at Chaparral Motorsports! Last night was our first time visiting Chaparral Motorsports, and Katy completely turned our experience around. We originally had a bad experience with another worker, but Katy went above and beyond to help us out. She was incredibly patient, made sure we got exactly what we needed, and took the time to make sure both me and my girl were happy with our purchase. Chaparral Motorsports has everything you could need, but what really made the difference was Katy’s outstanding customer service. She’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you Katy you made our visit a great one! We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for her when you go!

I stopped in to find a pair of motorcycle boots and Mandy made the whole experience super easy. She really knew her stuff and helped me find the perfect pair, comfortable, sturdy, and exactly what I was looking for. She was friendly, patient, and made sure I got the right fit without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares about helping you get what you need, and Mandy definitely does. Thanks to her, I left totally happy with my purchase. If you need gear, ask for Mandy, she’s the best!

I like it but I see definitely that the economy is taking a toll on them. The store was mostly empty. There were a LOT of excellent bikes and obviously knowledgeable people on staff but until the economy picks up none of us can buy

My gf put the order in for me online came down to the store to pick up the tire and they say my name has to be on the credit card even though I’m a authorized user on the credit card. Guy said at the counter it says it in the email I check the email and doesn’t say anything about being a ID what a stupid place never coming back here again! Must be why the parking lot is so empty. The lady at the front deck seemed nice at least.
