I was in a bind and not pleased with the prior two quotes from other companies. Either they tried to overcharge me, sell me on items not needed, or just weren't very responsive. Ric took my call, worked through my needs, and scheduled Justin and team to do a great install for my tenants. Great price, great knowledge, great install.

I'm extremely pleased with my recent multi-zone mini split installation. Angel came out same day to make sure the job could be done with my home, and handled the electrical work with great expertise. Justin and Scott took care of the installation, and they were outstanding. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was installed correctly the first time, the work area was kept clean, and they were respectful of my home throughout the process. I highly recommend Chavarrie HVAC - Rick and his team are top-notch and delivered exceptional results!

Ric and Justin were both great to work with. Ric came out first to assess my AC, which wasn’t cooling properly and kept shutting off. He explained the issue in simple terms, gave me a clear estimate, and the price felt fair. Justin then came out to do the repair—he was communicative, helpful, and quickly pinpointed the problem. Luckily it turned out to be an easier fix (a wrong piston had been installed previously), which saved me money. Justin explained everything clearly, and I appreciated the honesty. I’d highly recommend both Ric and Justin.

Ric was very helpful as we were selecting a new air conditioner. He was responsive to our questions but not pushy. On installation day, Ric was right on time and brought an experienced crew to help. Ric met with us at our convenience, inspected what we had and listened to what we were looking for. Immediately his knowledge and commitment to his company was evident. No money was asked for until after work was started. Ric and his team showed up on time and when promised. They thoroughly prepared our home for work. Protective tarps, etc. were placed and at day’s end, everything was cleaned. All of the crew were courteous and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable nor had any concerns with them being in our home. The final work project was completed ahead of schedule and as you can see in the pictures, that a superior job was done! I own a dance studio in the city of Long Beach (Gravity Dance Company) and our a/c (which operates for both of our studio rooms) went out in the middle of summer during a crazy heat wave. A friend recommended this company and I reached out. The crew came out same day to do an inspection and gave a thorough breakdown of what the issue was. The owner stated that he would be willing to do the repairs on the spot, but couldn't as a part was needed that had to be ordered. In a short matter of days, once the part needed was delivered, we were back in action as a result of their timeliness and communication. I am so thankful that this company was recommended to me as the other HVAC companies I contacted were not willing to come in on such short notice. The owner already had a huge job lined up the day that I called in and he notified me that he would try to come by upon my initial call- and to my surprise, he was still able to make it the very same day. 5 stars across the board.
