Never disappointed here. They always have what im looking for. In the off chance they dont have what I need, they can get it relatively quickly. Justin and John at the counter know their stuff and are always good for a laugh. If you need a specialty or weird item Jose in sales is a great resource. Keep up the great work guys.

Ordered a square D breaker to come in on that next Monday. It didn’t come in on that Monday nor did I receive a phone call. I called on Tuesday and talked to Matt, who the order was placed with, and he put me on hold to check status. After being on hold quite some time the phone hung up. I called right back this time John answered. He said that Matt wasn’t there and went to the bank. Told him I was on hold with Matt and asked why Matt would leave me on hold and leave the building? Anyway, canceled the order and they charged my account anyway!!! Had to call back and get refund. Still waiting for that. Would never recommend this company.

Great store good service. More of a contractor supply store but counter persons very helpful with general public.
